If you have tried every software for client communications, client portals, or even tried to develop your own like I have, stop. Project.co has every feature you've been missing, and you can't beat the price for the value it comes with. Matt and his team continuously add new features and listen to feedback from their users. I have probably tried over 30 different softwares looking for the ability to embed anything, white labeled, and prioritize customer service. After trying Project.co, I knew. Our communication with clients became smoother, and best of all, if your client has multiple brands, that can manage them all in one place while you manage services for them. I can't thank Project.co for developing the solution we needed so we can focus on running our business and keeping clients happy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love everything about the software and we will continue to use it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

By far, this is the easiest platform I've used. The intuitive display of information makes navigation a breeze, allowing me to access everything I need without hassle. The setup process was incredibly smooth, and onboarding was seamless—it’s never been easier. Not only is it efficient in getting tasks done quickly, but the affordability makes it a top choice for anyone looking for a reliable, cost-effective solution. One downside is that the mobile version isn't quite flushed out yet. My team primarily uses the desktop version, which works well for us, but it’s worth noting if you rely heavily on mobile. Additionally, being a newer platform, the community help isn't as extensive as more established solutions. That said, the platform is so easy to use, and the customer support team is quick to respond, so we haven't found this to be much of an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The user interface is clean, simple, and a ton less complicated than other tools we've used like Clickup! It tracks everything to completion, clients see where things are at, and our team is more organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's not a lot of account-wide integrations available without using something like Zapier, but there are a lot of 3rd party tools that can be added to each project. There's also not a way to limit the client views in discussions like you can in Basecamp, they see all conversations on the projects, even internal ones, which can get messy or confusing for clients. I wish the Add People option was on a per-tool basis, not project wide. I also wish it did estimates or proposals just so I can get rid of a few other tools. Project.co is very easy to use and set up. I find it quite easy to navigate, find and update my projects, and train my team on its use. I also like the dashboard setup and that it's in color and customizable it is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be nice if you could create "folders" to better organize my projects. I don't have many projects now, but when I start adding clients, it will be more difficult to find projects and/or clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Great interface. No learning curve. Easy to use. White labeled for our clients to give them a fully branded solution. I'm very impressed. Pricing is fantastic too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing to complain about - it fits our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Here are four highlights for me:
1. Project.co is customizable. It can be branded with your own domain, email address, and brand colors. Those you invite to collaborate with you on projects do not see Project.co but your brand.
2. Collaborators you invite to your projects are not forced to sign up for a Project.co account. They accept your invitation to create a personal user account and then can work with you via email or logging in to the project platform that you have created.
3. The speed and quality of support are some of the best I've experienced from any service. And Project.co welcomes feature suggestions. In fact, most of the features I've suggested to support are being implemented.
4. Porject.co offers the ability to integrate with scores of other apps. This allows all the tools related to a project to be accessed inside the Project.co platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For me, there has been a learning curve. But I'm not sure this is a downside as much as a result of Project.co's robust feature set and customization capacities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing about the project.co is one can manage all the project requirements at one place by having 3rd party tools.
It's easy to use , their whole on onboarding step and all, their collaboration makes the project easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's loading sometimes just showing that not worked properly, and while you can import tasks, there is no way to import recurring tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Project.co is easy to use! The dashboard, tool tabs and entire interface is extremely intuitive and dare I say — fun to use :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't have a negative word to say about Project.co — wish I had found this program sooner! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In our case, the most useful thing about this tool is that it allows me to manage the tasks with the graphic design team at the same time that I can manage a workflow with the clients in a very simple and effective way.
And what is most useful for us is to be able to embed any type of file and the approvals. That makes our productivity great and our clients are very grateful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would add more integrations with payment platforms, especially for Latin America. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
