I love the Telerik UI. It does the work. Simplify lots of steps and save tons of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The service turn-around should be quicker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Definitely the grid feature, it's filters and things are so powerful and convenient to use with the DataSourceRequest, then the DropDownList, also extremely helpful to get things done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The theme is a bit plain and ugly, to be honest, need something that can be better looking. I like the new bootstrap like the theme but it could be better for sure. Also, the mobile version just can't get the grid working so nicely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The variation of controllers that can provide in addition of offering new ones that are not available or are too much difficult to use in the native environment. An amazing customer support that grants you a solution not matter which problem are you tring to solve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes can be a little frustrating because it forces in a strong way how the things are done if you want to use their controllers and the documentation is not always as useful as it should be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Robust, feature rich toolset allows developers to focus on meeting business needs instead of reinventing the wheel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can't think of a single thing I dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It extends and adds new useful UI controls to the basic UI controls provided by native Xamarin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Although there are trial versions, it is not cheap to use them for production usage as you'll need to pay a per developer licence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Telerik UI is one of the best frameworks out there to easily visualize data without a lot of backend coding. We are able to display data in easy to read formats like tables, charts, and graphs and the Telerik UI framework makes this so easy that almost anyone with some programming knowledge could learn how to do it. They guarantee a 24 hour response time to support tickets but 50% of the time they respond after that. Not a huge issue but it would be nice if a credit was given when they miss their target response time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The different UI controls that are available allow a developer to simply insert the control and the functionality is embedded. All the developers has to do is configure it. The themes available allow end products to look professional and consistent very easily. Themes can also be customized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The product is expensive so might not be feasible for a sole developer, but it is worth the investment if the developer is able to afford it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Multiple channels to communicate with the developers. This allows help on the fly when building an app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Using open source as a marketing tool more than in keeping with the contributory nature of true open source community. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
All components are customizable, flexible, and well-designed. UI is very professional. I have used them for over 10 years, and love the product overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
You don't have to lock yourself into Telerik components, but that is generally what happens. There is a cost in that the components are usually fairly large to support so much functionality. Finally, the per developer licensing cost adds up quickly for smaller organizations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
