When I compared Podio to the other platforms, I found that the subscription plans are comparatively affordable and one can take advantage of the free trial. I can access the platform from anywhere due to it being cloud-based. and it is built for both IOS and Android. Despite Podio offering a variety of tools, some basic functions such as a time tracker are missing. If one is looking for graphic-intensive work, Podio is not a suitable choice. The optimization of the app is not up to the mark, as it was a tad difficult to find anything in the mobile app, copying and pasting text is not a cake walk & not having the feature to transfer docs in different formats is another limitation. I like the task management of my workplace seamless with Podio when compared to asana.

It reminds about the task deadline to the assignee and commenting and tagging are easy features to give feedback or ask for a change in the work they've done on the task assigned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
