I think the feature I most enjoy is the Schedule. It is easy to see and intuitive, it is easy to change, and trade and we can easily publish overtime for each one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think there is some work to do on some issues. Sometimes the calendar links don't work correctly, and the notifications system stop working. I believe the features have value but they have to be cared too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
You can copy-paste schedules. That's about the only useful thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The previous review is spot-on. ProScheduler says they have certain features, but almost all of them are half-baked or non-functioning. For example, you can link google calendar so agents can view their schedules there. HOWEVER, if you adjust their schedule (move their break or lunch, add an activity), it won't show until several hours later or the next day, defeating the purpose. There are no in-app alerts to changes made to agent schedules - all update notifications are sent via email. The server is painfully slow; when making updates, it'll freeze intermittently. Saving changes will take >5 seconds. The User Guide is worthless, so if you want to know how something works, you have to ask support or figure it out through trial and error. Improvements to features never happen. Releases have never made anything better. It's not cloud-based, which can be highly inconvenient. Requests for updates on improvements are just the CRM repeating the same story over and over. Their engineers are all based in EU, so there are frequent delays due to engineers being on extended holiday (God forbid you need something done around Christmastime).
Forecasting features do not work for our operation so everything is done outside of the tool. Integrations don't work so real time management doesn't work.
The interface looks like it's from the early aughts. It takes so many mouse clicks to make scheduling changes that I have developed carpal tunnel symptoms.
Look up "bait and switch" in the dictionary and you'll find a picture of the ProScheduler sales team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Shifts are easy to see in Proscheduler. Employees are able to view their schedules without a lot of login information. Schedules are easy to change and trade. It is easy to publish available overtime. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Proscheduler is incomplete. It does not have the functions it says that it does. The calendar links don't work and employees aren't notified when their shifts are published. It is not easy to tell if overtime shifts have been accepted. The server for the app goes down frequently. Employees are not emailed their schedules. Customer support is hard to find and is in German. The program seems clunky and incomplete for the price that is charged. This program needs more attention paid to delivering on the promises it makes. Make sure that calendar links work, publish shifts to employees. Keep server up instead of constantly crashing. Make breaks a little more reasonable. Sometimes they would be 15 minutes apart from each other. Employees got frustrated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
