It is best suited for Startups, SMEs, Agencies. It is very easy to use and is best for financial reporting. It helps in reducing the manual work and also saves some time, and provides some of the basic reports. Also, the customer service is excellent and quite knowledgeable. One of the most significant limitations of ProfitSword is that it doesn't work with the iOS mobile platform and MAC desktop platform. Also, another limitation that should be improved is that the support is only available on email and not on the phone or live support. Having used Excel and more rudimentary processes in the past for hotel forecasting, budgeting, etc., switching to Profit Sword has been a dream! They have made this program much more user friendly in regards to entering data. I use it to budget hotel revenue on a day by day basis for two properties and this program is pretty straightforward. The color scheme is bland, and sometimes I wish it were more customizable. The reports when formatted as a PDF could be larger. They print extremely tiny and it is very hard to read if you are not viewing them on the computer screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
