I like that some of the flow incorporates individual communication on the team level. The week in sync gives each team member a chance to go over weekly progress. I also like the levels of each grouping of the projects, they make the projects easy to digest at a glance even when drilling into the daily tasks. **What do you dislike about Rhythm?** I don't have a lot of complaints, with Rhythm. I enjoyed getting started -- the team has deep bench strength in all areas of business strategy and growth; the software is maleable and can be tweaked to your style; and the book makes for an easy way to get the whole team on the same page - literally. We now use it weekly as an integral part of our Leadership Team meetings. Their customer support is great, and I rely on the software to be the one place I look to see what's going on in the business. **What do you dislike about Rhythm?** As a small business, we found Rhythm to be overkill. It has too many "types" of tracking, and is uneccessarily complex. My team chaffes at spending "10 minutes" during our LT meetings just trying to get the right screens up, and find the right data. I've had to have Rhythm literally remove entire sections of their software (from our view) so that we are not confused. It has worked so well for our executive team that now other teams in our organization are using it! Trying to get the team on board to use Rhythm for the entire organization for performance management **What do you dislike about Rhythm?** So far, the only thing for me that is problematic is reminding our team to check off their tasks :) I also feel like we only know the tip of the iceberg and could use the platform more to its full potential (We don't really use the goal dashboards) Also, it seems like there is a cap on how many character you can add to the notes section - we do take a lot of notes and often we cannot fit them in. (as well as use coloured font) - I often write the notes in OneNote then copy them over. If they don't all fit I have to add them as an attachment. There are too many redundancies of where things like notes and meetings can go, and they do not link to the same areas. Recent changes to the UI have helped to eliminiate a lot of these redundancies, but there are still some areas of improvement needed regarding duplicate spaces, extra unneeded clicks to get to things that should just be on your user dashboard, etc. **What problems is Rhythm solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main problem is the communication and tracking of meetings, and allowing everyone to see those notes and be up to date. I'm colorblind, so the colors provided are not easily seen. I have to use a colorblind feature on my computer in order to make heads or tails of anything at first glance. It helps to know you and your colleagues are working to common goals. It is feature rich. **What do you dislike about Rhythm?** The UX and UI is quite busy. It's hard to navigate without the help of a CS representative and is not quite fit for purpose for complex project management. I'd love to see a more simplified view with better flow. **What problems is Rhythm solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to see the health of the organisation and keep my colleagues out of silos. Also gives insights to other departments and teams for cross collaboration and making sure our objectives align when needed. **What do you dislike about Rhythm?** Felt like it took some time to get familiar with the software and I'm not sure if I'm using it to its' full potential. **What problems is Rhythm solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a way to see into other deparments main goals and if they are achieving them. It keeps the department and every staff focused on what we need to work on for the day. It has good features that can be quite flexible, and lets you calculate stats to track progress. **What do you dislike about Rhythm?** Not the best in UI experience - can look quite dry and not the most visually engaging. Sometimes its abit buggy - have to refresh the page in order to continue. **What problems is Rhythm solving and how is that benefiting you?** It breaks down monthly / quarterly goals into bite-sized daily goals for daily reporting.
