The software helps the team focus on company priorities. It is useful for the team to have visibility of how work is progressing towards company goals and priorities. It also helps to make the team accountable for their actions that will contribute to the overall goals of the organization. At the outset, it is important that team members are trained to use the software since some features are not intuitive. There is a bit of a learning curve but Rhythm does provide training tools. You get what you put into the system. The team needs to commit to using Rhythm properly. First of all, the people we have worked with are all amazing and extremely supportive. As a team we read the book and our CEO decided to implement the software and strategy consulting. It is easy to go down a rabbit hole. Therefore it is important to keep strategy and goals high level and build very specific tasks but not so many that you overwhelm yourself, taking focus of the bigger picture. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Rhythm is a robust system that can fit the needs of a high-level year-over-year plan and a complex current project. I like that some of the flow incorporates individual communication on the team level. The week in sync gives each team member a chance to go over weekly progress. I don't have a lot of complaints, with Rhythm. I think there are a lot of features that would not get utilized if you don't have someone experienced to walk you through them all, but the learning curve isn't very steep. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The system is only as good as the team you have using it. If you do not hold teams accountable to ensuring they have measurable KPIs, clear priorities and goals, and will regularly measure and keep these updated in Rhythm. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is an extremely intuitive user interface, and very simple to hit the ground running on. But most importantly our Rhythm conultant is incredible and has reallly changed the game for our strategic planning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think there are certain quirks that could be improved. The ability to score multiple weeks at the same time if you fall behind, or to score by clicking on the weekly circle would help reduce the number of clicks needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Rhythm is an app designed to help a team accomplish goals. It does a great job at allowing you to pick big projects (or any size projects really) and break them down into a schedule to accomplish them, and assign them out to team-members. It includes all expected corporate tenets such as KPI's, places for meetings, daily huddles, and litterally everything you can think of to keep a team organized and on task. There's not a lot to say about it as it's such a niche product. While it serves it's mission well, I'm not sure that I would pay an extra amount to add this to my software list. While it far surpasses planning on spreadsheets and paper notebooks, I'm not sure there is enough meat on the bones to be a stand-alone product.

If you're seeking a product that will help you complete tasks through things like integrations, or automation, I don't believe these to be options with Rhythm. So, if you're a large company and already have project planning or similiar software, such as Jira or Hubspot, it's likely not a need to have Rhythm. Visibility I can see across all levels of the business. Improves transparency. Week in sync (WIS) is great to keep focussed and the weekly and montly tracking of key priorities (again across business lines) is great. I don't have any downsides to Rhythm, as they are constantly improving their tools and adding functunality. Their is a small learning curve like any other tool but once you learn and eastablish how it will be used it has been seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
