The Slack integration is very nice, it's my primary way of using ProdPad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Most of the feedback I receive is anonymous or pseudonymous, which is a bit clunky to enter as email is a required field. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Fantastic device for product collaboration with advertising. This device has been helpful while developing specifications for brand spanking new capabilities, sussing out the nuances approximately what makes an extraordinary function, and speaking with control and our customers. Hugely effective. It suggests that real Product Managers are in the back of it. Low barrier to entry, smooth to get going proper away - Visuals & potential to speedy create reports and shows for government level group of workers - Ability to capture & prepare customer remarks. The default email settings are particularly overwhelming. I acquired several e-mail digests and advertising and marketing emails that became worrying. As a person who isn't always as experienced in the software program, it could be hard to navigate. Customer support is much less than stellar, it is often buggy - thoughts disappear and re-seem, and it says it's offline whilst it isn't. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Roadmaps or long tasks can be difficult to operate in this software. Bugs and errors create difficulty for the user to complete their work. Errors cause inefficiency and delay loss of data, which is agitating for the user. Navigation is tough on this platform. This interrupts the users’ work. The bugs and errors must be removed and fixed for a better user experience. Navigation must be improved. Error detection and removal options must be incorporated to enhance the users’ experience. Our product team seriously values the ability for all members of our team to contribute feedback from customers and ideas from others and their own experience in our product. Additionally, this is great tool to sharing our product roadmap with stakeholders and attaching feedback and ideas to initiatives on our roadmap. We also really like the tagging ability, being able to tag feedback and ideas with topics is helpful in making development and product marketing decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only dislike is that ideas cannot have images attached to them. I think it would be helpful because sometimes our ideas come with assets or creative/imagery ideas that are attached to them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
