Simplicity. Working with Jessie has been great. He guided thru our first session of how to use the tool and add/remove people. Running an office with both remote and offsite employees, I really feel like i have a sense of what my staff is doing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how irrespective of the device we use, the data gets collected, the other tools we use are agent based which collects data for laptops only. This helps us show our performance when we respond to emails or chats off-hours using our phones, which still gets captured, plus the team incorporated our suggestions in no time and enabled the feature requested for better analysis.

It is too expensive for what is provided, there is a lot that could be provided in the analysis reporting. There isn't much insight into data given to us, other than the basic comparison, neither is there any custom integration readily available that will help us to utilize the raw data. We have integrated other tools with Zoho analytics to feed data directly into the dashboards, but Prodoscore needs certain customization to be enabled based on customer requirement and do not have an API to connect the data easily. The actual score is a bit difficult to dial in correctly. We have had some issues with some of the connections between Prodoscore and some of the software services we use. While the Prodoscore team attempts to resolve these issues, it can be problematic. Prodoscore offers a nice Microsoft and Phone system integration- this ensures that activities are not double counted for employees. I would love the ability to connect different phone systems for different user groups. In addition, I'd like to be able to make custom user group names instead of having to use the pre-populated user groups provided. As a company that isn't a sales focused organization, and is currently using it for more operational empoloyee data, its tough to get a full picture look at efficiency as custom integrations would be a hefty task. We are currently having issues with our dynamics integration as part of our Demo. With the limited time of the demo account, this does cut into our ability to evaluate the usefulness. Some of the markers identified as productivity in the scoring do not align with productivity by our KPI definition.
