I use Procurify because it makes it easy to purchase supplies for my students. I really like that I get my own Procurify card, which I can use when I'm out and about. If I see something that I need for my classroom, it makes it simple to pick it up. Each professional has their own Procurify card with budgeted money for supplies, which is really helpful. I appreciate that Procurify allows me to take care of all my uniform needs in one place. It's great that I can order specialty jackets or shirts if needed without having to visit another website. It really serves as a one-stop shop for me. I also like that I can place an order once it's approved through my company and easily send a screenshot with an order number. I get a quick response back from Procurify alerting me that they have received my order, which removes the hassle of worrying if my order went through. I use Procurify to request orders for items at my company, and it helps me order items in an easy, user-friendly way. I like the feature where certain vendors pre-populate when creating a new purchase order request. The easy functionality of the app. I love being able to use my mobile phone to check in hundreds of items daily with quickness, easiness and efficiency. Customer service has been friendly and helpful and very reliable. I use this app. multiple times everyday, 5 times a week at work. The features are very user friendly and easy to use. We implemented this app. over a year ago and we are almost at 10,000 Procurify numbers! We hit the ground running with Procurify and its integration into our dept. couldn't have gone any smoother. Not many things to complain about with Procurify. I wish the images popped up quicker and showed up sooner after you take a photo with your phone camera. When trying to attach the photo to items, there seems to be a bit of a lag of the photo you just took. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don’t like that sometimes the procurement offices can see stuff we can’t and assume we can see it. The app could be more intuitive for checking in partial pieces of specific items; once you realize how to do it, it works though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
