The implementation process was very quick, which significantly improved our connection with the Service Team. We worked intensively, around the clock, to ensure we were ready to go live by June 1—and we succeeded. Afterward, we set up four additional entities using the standard implementation process. The system's ease of reviewing and accepting purchase orders once items are received, along with the invoice capture feature, has been extremely helpful for my monthly reconciliation. I like the simplicity of ordering from different vendors using Procurify. It's quite convenient as I often use Amazon for purchases. I've also used Procurify to create invoices for various things such as field trips and ordering charter buses. Another thing I appreciate is the notification system; once our school orders supplies or inputs invoices and they're approved, Procurify immediately sends a notification.
