
Products and software integration demo from sales team looked amazing. 6-weeks after purchase, integration team unable to deliver on the sales team integration that was shown to customer. Customer service, and managment team refused to negotiate any resolution or refund until BBB complaint was filed. Been sitting 3-weeks now without resolution after BBB complaint. Software was purchased on 2/27/24 for over $21K, now 3-months lost without even being able to integrate the software. Already lost almost $6k of the subscription waiting on Procore to own up to their mistakes, and software issues. Procore Management ethics are questionable, as they deferred us out 3-weeks claiming legal is now involved and no authority to resolve, nor refund the services. Now that I just requested a full refund for the entire $21,500.00, same managment personnel in emails the last 3-weeks now has the ability to refund the amount for the bad software connector. So the refund amount changes, and now this guy is willing to refund and resolve the matter... choose carefully, the management tactics are very questionable as they claim they would have negotiated before the BBB complaint was filed. The negotiation was clear over email, no possible refund, but only a possible "discount" may be given upon renewal of services next February. As long as they get paid for an additional year of services, then they might discount the services they were required to deliver upon this initial contract. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sales team upsold us with QB Connector, but failed to deliver the same functionality as shown. Sales team showed capability of QB (Online only) connector integration, using many cost codes, and the product database with labor / material. Never disclosed QB Desktop connector doesn't have the same functionality until 1.5 months after purchase when implementing software. Implementation service team finally discloses can't use the various cost codes, but also requires user to separate all material and labor for all database items, causing double the time to bid projects. Procore management refuses to respond, sitting now for 3-weeks without any communication for resolution. Software is unable to be used, and can't integrate any ERP for budgets, bids, and completely useless. Beware of this for small business owners, Procore management will strong arm you, even when their Terms and Conditions state refund is applicable when they misrepresented their product capability, therefore costing you an additional $2k for software you can't use. They will hold out and cost you money each week, after being notified through BBB of compliant, and refusing to acknowledge their own integration issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The colours. There should be an option to setup the them with different colours; especially to identify different companies and different projects. At least different companies.
It could improve the scheduler option to adapt more MS project capabilities. I have to be honest I haven't dive too much with schedules on procure as it is not implemented in my job, but I remember from the training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Procore has taken everything we do on a daily basis as a construction manager and structured it in a way that is simplified and easily trackable by all levels of the management team. Procores ability to provide a structured and accountable layout across all trade partners contract documents to include subconrtracts, RFI's, submittals, invoices, change orders, etc. is unmatched.

I made the title of my review 'The Instagram of Construction Management' because using Procore really is that easy. I am a Project Accountant for a Construction firm in NJ and I do all things billings. I really like the schedule of values functions, and billings against sub contractors on projects. If i have any questions, the live chat from Procore is extremely helpful - I lived on that when I first started my job and needed help with Procore questions. The configurablility is a little nuanced at times. We are a firm that was manily using excel files for our schedule of values, subcontactor schedule of values, change order managment, payment receipts, etc. While we are not fully implemented yet, the main thing holding us back is the lack of configurabliity. I personally think the 'payments received' heading for prime contracts in financial management is really elementary, compared to the excel sheet we have been using, belive it or not. While that is only one example, it sums up Procore in a way. Sometimes the software given is really basic, and if you want to configure something further, you need to pay for the better package, or have someone at Procore do it for you. When another contractor invites you to join they have the ability to choose when your password has to be changed and it can be more frequent than the defaults set by your own company.

What I found helpful about Procore is the ability to use diffent tools to help manage the project. The upside to using the product is the time saved and being able to keep track of everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The least helpful part of Procore is the permissions feature. Most companies will have a gate keeper for the admin level permissions and when you are assigned a role you are only given template permissions for the role. The ability to upload photos, access rfi's, and submittals by our team. This up to the minute process allows us to keep eac worker well informed of the daily process of translating and processing our drawings into a constructed building. Typing takes too long. We need a platform that remembers our entries, for deliveries, inspections, timecard, etc. I know on manpower it remembers the previous days entries. An voice audible tool that is 100% functional would help too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

IN AN EASY TO NAVIGATE FORMAT THE SOFTWARE PROVIDES EFEECTIVE TOOLS THAT ALLOW ALL PARTIES INVOLVED TO DELGATE TASKS, SHARE FEEDBACK, AND OFFR UPDATES ON PROGRESS AND PROGRESSION. IT WAS EASY TO INCOPORATE THE SOFTWARE INTO OUR DAILY WORK LOAD. LOVE EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS, HELPS KEEP UP WITH ROJECT UPDATES WHETHER DAILY, OR WEEKLY. ANY ISSUES ON PROCORE WERE QUICKLY RESOLVED WITH THE USE OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT. OUR OFFICE WAS ABLE TO INTEGRATE PROCORE ON SEVERAL PROJECTS, AND EXPECT TO CONTINUE USING IT IN THE FUTURE. I thought the walk through of all Procore has to offer as a user was incredibly useful. If you are willing to read and follow along with everything presented it will be incredibly helpful. Having access to all of the teachings on a lesson by lesson basis makes things easy and is well implemented. Access to a live chat is wonderful and the customer support is fast. The lessons were a bit too dense. Anyone who is checked out and has to do the lesson just to fulfill a requirement will have too easy a time skipping through everything. having questions that a bit trickier and more hold points forcing engagement might be useful. Procore is a really great program and i am glad we started using it. Timesheets are simple, easy approval process and very little room for error when entering time. The tools options are endless and you can esentially create any type of document, inspection, form that you want, modify it to exactly what you need for your specific job, project or site. The mobile version is extremely user friendly and any person can use it regardless of their computer knowledge. The help chat is amazing, quick and efficient. i love being able to get real time help and not have to wait days to get a reply back. I really do think Procore is great!!
