I have found Process Street surprisingly helpful in my routine processes for software development. I'm an independent developer so I have no infrastructure to manage my release process in the way that a large software company would typically use. I have been able to create processes in Process Street that allow me to make sure I'm consistent and rigorous in my process. It's flexible enough to not be burdensome but provides powerful features that work well for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far, I haven't really found any problems. I find the UI a bit confusing at times. Managing templates vs actual instances of a process is more complicated than it needs to be - but it's not a huge problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Process Street is awesome because you can tweak it to fit your team’s vibe and make everything run smoother. It keeps everyone on track, so you don’t have to stress about missing steps or messing things up. Plus, the automated checklists and real-time updates make it super easy to stay organised and get stuff done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing. There is nothing I do not like about Process Street. Unless it ceases to exist. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It reminds me when i have tasks to do or if i am late on a task. We manage almost 200 properties so sometimes things can slip through the cracks. PS keeps me accountable for items i would probably otherwise forget. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes it gets a bit repetitive i have found. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best thing about Process Street is that we can create detailed checklists with documentation and then combine human tasks with automated tasks via the Zapier integration. It's the perfect blend of human and automation.
We've built our entire podcast and media production business around using Process Street to standardize our processes. It allows me to run a remote company and know that the work is getting done without looking over everyone's shoulder all the time. We use it every day all day long.
Also, the customer support is responsive and helpful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Data Set feature is new and needs some work on the user interface. It's not easy to navigate the tables compared to a solution like Airtable.
I'd also like to see better guest management. We add a lot of guests, and we have many people in dropdown fields that I would love to be able to hide so we don't accidentally assign tasks to a guest rather than an internal team member.
But these are minor complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1) I love how Process Street's Conditional Logic feature simplifies our workflows. We can set up specific actions based on different conditions, which keeps everything running smoothly and efficiently.
2) The Wand feature is like magic! Automatically inputting information into fields has streamlined our processes and reduced the time spent on manual data entry. It's incredibly efficient.
3) I appreciate the great customer support provided by Process Street. Their team is always available to answer questions and provide guidance, making the platform user-friendly and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find the setup for linking processes in Process Street somewhat confusing and tricky. The setup process is not very intuitive; it can be hard to create seamless connections between different workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It makes our life easier and helps on keeping track of my projects, in an easy way to implement and integrate with our tools. The costumer support works great and is really helpfull. I use it almost every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Highly configurable for routine cross-functional tasks. We use it on a daily basis for internal processes. Implementation can start quickly due to its very lightweight version control, and updates can be rolled out to tasks that were already kicked off. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Need some time to get used to the interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's very easy to modify and individualize your workflows. If something isn't working or is clunky you can remove or edit it to better fit your needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If you have something that is only used 30 percent of the time you still have to do it or put an extra option that it wasn't needed instead of having if then optional steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The processes are easy to follow, accessible to all staff so we are all doing the same thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My only minor gripe is that the interface could be a bit more modern, but it's a small issue compared to the overall performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
