We are using PRM360 for managing our vendor Invoices. We use it for invoice approvals. Our approvals are location specific and value based. Before PRM360 was introduced to us, all our approval process for invoices was manual. Our Management introduced PRM360 for managing invoices through the system. From an end user point of view, this system provides capabilities to upload the invoice against a given PO number and I can have a track of events in the approval cycle and can see POs and Invoices together Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Invoices are to be viewed by clicking on a link. Instead if it can be viewed all time on the screen it will be very helpful. The system does not take the data directly from uploaded invoice as we are not using the system with OCR; if it comes with OCR we can further reduce the time of data entry. PRM360's application's vendor bidding process is very well organized. As a payment option, our company has selected assistance over the bidding process. The tool also has a feature where it can assist the vendors in participating in the auction without any obstacles. The good thing is that they have separate vendor support that receives training from PRM360 trainers. Occasionally, our vendors were unable to participate in the bidding or submit quotations, but support is provided. Simple modifications to the application can easily resolve the majority of recurring issues. As a result, we suggested some layout adjustments that made it easier for our users to work effectively. But the support team has taken care of the issues which we raised and resolved them quickly. We are fine with using the PRM360 tool. The advantage of PRM360 is numerous, it provides sync with ERP system, it has simple UI interface which makes users easy to adapt to this solution. The catalogue management, contract management make it easier for issuing order to vendors. A strong auction tool also provides the benefits of conducting auction with complete transparency. Vendors Portal enables vendors to participate in quotation submission online along with submission of Invoices. A workflow management tool enables to configure workflows across the process. It is easy to use interface has made us conduct auction with our vendors with ease. Vendors acknowledge the process and enthusiastically participated in the auctions conducted. The buyers quickly adapted to the application and they found, the team were able to analyse on the procurement spend the saving they could bring in. A tight integration with ERP system key features of this solution which provided a perfect sync between PRM360 and ERP. Our users and Vendors appreciated the timely available of all the required data. The whole P2P process get automated with PRM360 application, it has added more value to the organization, they provide option to consolidate PR’s, template driven RFQ’s, notification to vendors until they submit their quote has made our work smarter. The Vendor portal fetch many advantage to the organization. Being a web application, vendor find it easy access to the system when required. Vendors gets notified if shortlisted for quote submission, they can submit the quote through portal. They get to know the status of their quote submitted. They can view Purchase Order when honoured with PO hence no need to send any mail to them for PO. The PO can be acknowledge by vendors. It also provides delivery management system where vendors can inform organization about the deliveries. and also they vendors can submit their invoices and have track on it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The implementation of PRM360 Invoice Management has brought manifold benefits to the organization, our long vision to have automated invoice process was realized. Invoices received with more structured way, we need not spend time in scanning those invoices, checking multiple transaction for correctness of Invoices. PRM360 provides an option where vendors can directly send invoices and also track the status of Invoices. Invoices then are checked with different rules and post that Invoices are posted in ERP system. PRM360 provides a seamless integration with ERP system Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

PRM360 is a wonderful tool. I could reduce my RFQ floating timelines using the tool. It allows me to set reminder notifications to vendors forcing them to submit bids online in time. It gives me price hints based on the previous history helping me to set up price limits to vendors and thereby increasing savings on my bids. It also provides the suitable vendor names based on our previous engagements of similar requirements, which make our job smoother in sending RFQ to right vendors. PRM360 is a very useful tool. Though I like this tool very much if there are feature enhancements like allowing for more than 2000 line items at one go it would be good.
