PrivacyEngine is a helpful resource as we are a small organisation (less than 20 staff), so we do not have consultants in-house. This platform and the customer support team in PrivacyEngine help us to fill in any gaps we might have to ensure we remain compliant with GDPR. We have no dedicated in-house data protection knowledge as a small company of ~15 staff. PrivacyEngine has been a great company to work with to bridge this gap and reassure us that we comply and follow best practices. It's a great place to store logs and details for all your company IT assets (even the ones that don't process PII). As well as tracking the assets, it's great that it allows us to anticipate risk with new platforms or features, as well as keep track of and action risks on existing systems.
