I think I like everything about the product and the way it guides anyone, regardless of background, in tackling GDPR related topics. In a lot of cases logging the information properly can be challenging for most, especially if Excel is their choice. Excel is a great product dopn't get me wrong, but this is better suited for GDPR tasks. Lightyears better.

Have been using it for 2-3 weeks now and the only thing I noticed was that sometimes clicking on an item feels a bit sluggish. So for example opening the RoPA section or any other section lags. The primary drawback of PrivacyEngine is a user interface that seems rather old fashioned and which can sometimes be somewhat challenging to wade through. This has created some problems in the team because it is difficult to explain where to find given features when orienting a new team member. Also, though it is good to work with data requests, there are no more sophisticated characteristics for working with data mapping and audit trails, therefore we continue to use other applications for these purposes.
