1- Testing must to improved.
2- Consistency in developement must be improved . Features should behave and be presented in the same manner. Should you have a list with numbers to show (10, 25, 50, 100) to choose, you should have the very same numbers in all other funtions where you have a list to present.
3- Reports need be improved so the DPO can use them in her/his communication with stakeholders and senior management.

PrivacyEngine is very well laid out and since we have started using the product, I have found that they are very open to suggestions for improvement. One potential area for improvement is that the Risk Management Platform is very much tied to Data Protection Risks and specifically the GDPR, as an ISO 27001 certified company I would prefer to be able to align with the ISO Controls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The support we receive from Privacy Engine is second to none.
