We have used Fourth as our HRIS for many years. I love how simple and organized the system is. It is easy to use and I use it all day, everyday. The best thing about onesource is their newly added Pay by Day option for people needing some of their paycheck a bit early if something comes us. This feature is extremely recent but has been great for employees. The easy to use login and ability to review basically all of your earning and finances in an easy to use format is a plus. There is a significant learning curve in comparison to similar software. Setting up a PTO plan by accessing multiple screens makes it difficult to navigate these processes. Recently, an update was made that keeps us from having multiple instances of the software simultaneously, which keeps us from being able to reference what we have set up previously on other screens.
