The software is so easy to use and gives you everything you need when completing comp analysis. Rather than myself having to go website by website, instead I can just click on there and every link I've added already updates prices when a competitor changes them automatically. Price shape is easy to navigate. One of my favourite features are the reports. This makes it even easier to monitor changes across the market. Great for when adding a new product, gaging the market. Sometimes the information scraped isn't correct the first time. However the team do act on this quickly. Struggles a little with websites that use swatches (have one URL for multiple products). Only has option for prices INC vat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
