While I love that the Practice coaching software is easy to use because it's intuitive. The real game changer is the phenomenal support team. The support team is ready, willing and able to assist you. Someone is always available during business hours, and they are quick to respond to the chat available within the software. They are always ready to get on a virtual meeting to better understand my issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm glad that the electronic signature feature was added. However, it is still quite rough. I'm confident it will improve. I honestly don't have any significant dislikes at this point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We found that managing clients, their notes, actions, documentation and appointment booking required numerous platforms and different subscriptions. It felt less than optimum, was not that engaging for us or clients. This is completely flipped with Practice. Having everything in one place makes it much simpler to manage it all, and with a chat function, brings a much closer relationship for us with clients than e.g. via email. We have also found that the Practice team is quick to respond, very supportive and open to ideas to refine and improve the product. Very happy so far! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Disliking Practice is not really something that I would say is my experience; a single platform / app and its one point of contact giving benefits far beyond having multiple platforms to work with clients. The current downside is that in our small business, we have 2 people that are coaches, but currently it is only possible at the time of writing to have one business account. So, we are managing clients with one name / email. However, having said that, Practice has plans to have multi-user access from June 2023, which will solve this minor issue. We can already have a scheduler that differents the coach for each client and the session needed, so soon we will have greater functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Practice is a great place to integrate information about, for, and with leaders. It provides robust automation to simplify onboarding and furnishing start-up forms such as legal and contact details.
It then allows leaders to schedule... and then reschedule sessions that work with your calendar ;-) It also allows multiple schedulers to be used with different types of leaders. For example, you can limit inquiries from existing clients and offer different sessions lengths based on needs.
It also provides a robust library of pre-populated forms such as great agreements, follow-up, close-out, and completion. And you can add your own often-used documents/forms into the system so that you can keep them updated in one place, and everyone sees the latest versions.
They also provide fast responses to issues and suggestions and are easy to work with. Using Loom for videos to "show you" how to do things that are "obvious" has helped me get better at trying things before asking for help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The distinction between a "File", a "Form", and a "Link" takes a while to get used to. I am still figuring out the best approach for sharing information smoothly. But as I mentioned they are very easy to show you the "best" approach if you reach out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Practice Coaching Software is perfect for the work that I'm doing. I love how it integrates so well with Gmail and allows me to not only keep track of prospective clients but also allows me to flow seemlessly from prospect, to onboarding, to payment, to client management and beyond. I've been very pleased with the product and the Customer Service is absolutely second to none. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It can be a little pricey but my hope is that my coaching business will more than sustain the price. At the end of the day, $25/month isn't bad when you considered the fact that it's pretty much a one-stop-shop for what a single coach needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am loving my experience of Practice, the software itself is great but the customer onboarding, ease of use, and responsiveness of their team is exceptional.
It has been great for pulling together the variety of tools I was using into one tool. But a real selling point for me is the ability to have a centralised dashboard and communications chanel that my clients and I can both communicate privately and with ease. The IOS app makes my life so much easier.
I think Practice should also be commended for their ability to listen to their users/clients and keep driving forwards the new functionality that is requested. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The software is still in it's early years and so some functionality is still being developed - some of the external integrations that I might look towards needing are not there yet (Xero / Convertkit) - not everyone wants to use a tool that will zap between tools.
However, that being said the Practice team listen to clients needs and consider their requests. They share their roadmap of what's being worked on and what has just been updated to keep clients in the loop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Practice is holistic and comprehensive, exactly what I had been looking for in a scheduling/client tracking software for my coaching business. Prior to Practice, I was using a patchwork of numerous softwares to manage my business. However, Practice has streamlined my workflow so that I can focus more on the core of my business (coaching) and less on admin. Additionally, Practice's customer support and learning materials are top notch.
My suggestion to anyone starting off with Practice is to put in the time and energy to understand Practice's userflow as well as to personalize your content. The up front investment really pays dividends as your business ramps up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only feature I would add is in the realm of payments. Currently Practice uses Stripe to process payments. It would be helpful to have a feature where payments could be processed directly from a bank account to help minimize fees taken out by Stripe, especially for solopreneurs who are just starting out. When I decided to make coaching my main professional activity, I was looking for a solution to handle the admin part of the business, esp. appointment scheduling, payments and CRM. I was one of the beta testers for Practice, and I've been using it since 2022.
Practice is the perfect tool for me right now since it covers my needs as a beginner coach. While I'm not using all the features, it allowed me to get started within 30 min. The platform is intuitive, and I did not have to spend much time figuring out how things work.
The best part for me is that the customer service is AMAZING! They answer in a very customer centric way and very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They are launching a pro version -but the price point is too high, even if I was interested in many features, especially the branding aspect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Practice has streamlined my ability to keep track of each of my full-time members. I can keep my client records updated with notes and schedulers, which helps when I have to do custom billing. There are a lot of well-thought-out features, and more keep rolling in. Another bonus is that when there are any bugs/issues, I know I can submit my request, and my problems will be addressed -- Thanks, Ahmed! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While my use case is rather niche, I wish I could use Practice's automation without it being tied to Stripe. I would also love a way to delete unneeded forms/invoices I'd created. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love this software for multiple reasons. First, it is very easy to use. Second, it is fairly comprehensive in providing practice management for coaching businesses. But third and most importantly is that there is an extremely high level of customer service. The folks in product development and customer service are very responsive and you don’t have to wait long for answers. I think if you run a coaching or small business, this is definitely a solution to look at. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In all coaching software, there are templates that should be pre-loaded. Practice has a few, but needs a little more as well as further integrations and customizations. Both of which are coming in the next few weeks we've been told! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

All-in-one software platform, including Scheduling (integrating with Google Calendar and Zoom), Client database (I have all my files in one place), and billing/invoicing (when you want to automate your Webinars or group coaching). Their customer support is just awesome, and I feel they really care about their customers. In addition, they are building a community for coaches to help them thrive in their businesses. It's reasonably priced and the best tool I could find (compared to others on the market). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It seems the guys behind Practice thought of everything, and it works like a charm. Honestly, saying, there is not really a bad thing that I dislike using it on a daily basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
