They charge almost 3k/year for software maintenance or charge around $100/hour for even a phone call asking a question. Employees are unhelpful and incompetent. The system in our office was down, and remained unsolved for a couple of days b/c the support system did not know how to fix the issue. Many times if there is a software update, all the programs will shut down in our office. We call to fix the issue, and they charge us an exorbitant fee for fixing the problem. 1.Slow graphics (why are there animated menus? - everything should be sleek and fast as possible).
2. Auto-complete is too aggressive. (So frustrating)
