I love the *idea* of Practice. A place where I can manage my clients, offer scheduling, billing, send files, have private chat. If only it delivered. ... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Since there aren't a lot of reviews like mine, I can only assume something happened to my account. The problem is, it's never been fixed. Customer service doesn't respond if they don't know what to do, and when I requested that they delete the account so I can start over, they also didn't respond. I have a constant stream of emails about appointments being cancelled that I never scheduled, follow up requests for meetings that didn't happen, and it plain doesn't work right. If I'd had support or help I would've stuck with it because I love many things about it. But too many things aren't delivering on the promise. And, like many organizations I need a consistent product that delivers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I had been looking for a CRM-type software so I could stop using a spreadsheet and fourteen different other pieces of software to onboard and keep track of clients and potential clients.
Practice has made this SO EASY. Some of my favorite features:
- It is simple, clear, and straightforward. So many CRMs are info overload and my brain hates that. (And I'm saying this as a part-time web programmer who deals with tech stuff all the time! I have zero fear of technology, but here I need simplicity!)
- I can see all my history with each client easily. Phew.
- I can see all my appointments easily. Phew.
- I can send a simple "Agree to these terms by checking this box" to ANY potential client that is just looking for a simple free get-to-know-me meeting. So important. I don't need to send them a straight-up formal contract but I also can't have nothing. The fact that they simply click the "I agree" box when they make the free appointment is perfect.
- And, once a client signs on, I can then send them the full contract easily, by whatever means makes the most sense. And it's all tracked and kept togther in Practice.
- I really like being able to have the different products and forms. I got rid of Calendly and did not need to buy Docusign because Practice includes the features of both.
I'm still learning more, and I'm sure more features will be forthcoming, but these are what I love the most! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The top recommendation I have is that email reminders to my clients should also include my name in the "from" field so that way my client doesn't overlook them if the email says it is from "Practice" and they aren't yet familiar with what Practice is. I know this may be addressed in a future request, so just waiting on that. :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm so pleased with my choice of Practice.do for my life coaching business! The interface is excellent and the customer support and communication is top notch. I appreciate all of the effective tools that Practice has, such as automation, the scheduler, and a private chat app per client. It also has some great resources to help you be successful.
I chose Practice.do over other potential competitors because of their unlimited contacts and storage, which I need for sharing session recordings, coaching tools, and summaries. Having unlimited storage was a game changer for me, and the client portal with the private chat and phone texting included was the best I could find.
The platform is reliable and stable, and the support team is responsive and helpful. There is also an active Practice community, which is great to be a part of. For a relatively new platform, it is robust and loaded with tools.
Overall, I'm giving Practice.do five stars for its excellent customer support, effective tools, reliable platform, and unlimited storage. I would highly recommend this platform to anyone looking for a great all-in-one life coaching experience! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is nothing I dislike about Practice.
Of course, there is always room for improvement:
- an accountability tool
- an included video call
- an in-house payment gateway with a fair fee for those working internationally rather than Stripe
These are minor details compared to all that is available, automated, and integrated already. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having client notes, actions, the calendar and other functions core to running the business all in one place is what I like best about Practice. It's just simple, it doesn't need to be explained to clients and it helps so that you can focus on your interactions with clients instead of worrying where's this link, those notes. I can't say there are any downsides, it's a simple platform and it needs to remain simple to be effective. It has core functions and delivers those well. What I would say is the team are great at responding when you ask for a feature or how you can make some functionality work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The absoulte best feature of Practice is how the products intergrates with your account to import clients. If you've emailed them before, you can easily import them. The user inferface is easy to navigate and the customer team is pretty responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If you have a large amount of clients or this is your first time streaming your clients, you will need dedicate a signficant (10-15/hrs) to set everything up. This is a challenging feat if you're a solopreneur. If you happen to be a solopreneur, who wants to get started fast I recommend taking the time to set-up as much as you can when you first create an account or enlisting the help of admin support. Great service during complicated implementation. Responsive to feedback + questions. Clean UI/UX for both staff members and users. Zapier integrations that allow us to integrate with the rest of our tech stack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We run a team of 50 coaches with 400+ clients, so we forsee tracking all the communications between coaches/clients to be challenging.
Practice is planning on solving this with notifications to tell users/coaches when they need to respond + we're working on other features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've tried other software to organize my coaching businesses and found Practice to be the best. It's easy to use and intuitive. It's an all-in-one software that saves the coach a lot of time and energy. Once the client contact is created, you can assign forms for them to complete, bill them, assign them to different packages, email directly from inside the program, assign a shared "To-Do" list, maintain a private "To-Do" list, and keep private notes from after the session. With the professional upgrade, some branding customization is available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven't found any downsides to using Practice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I looked at several software solutions to use when I founded my side business, and Practice was one of very few that were made with coaches in mind. This isn't a sales funnel-focused or project-based platform that has to be awkwardly adapted to a coach's workflow. At minimum, I needed a way to streamline scheduling and to keep my client notes organized. Practice's "timeline" view on each client record got me in the door, and as the app has been built out the coach/client relationship-centered approach keeps me here. I've been able to replace most of my online tools with Practice as new features have been released, like coaching packages and e-signatures. Clients have found the chat feature helpful to keep everything related to their coaching in one place. Practice is the only platform focused on coaching with a mobile app, and the only CRM moble app I could find at this solopreneur-friendly price point. Last but certainly not least, the team is extremely responsive and helpful, not only with the app, but also with creating a community of coaches. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Practice is still new and sometimes it can be buggy. But issues are often resolved quickly and new features are frequently going live. I would like to see more customization of the portal, client notification emails, and the order of automations, which sound like they are already close on the horizon. I appreciate that Practice is intuitive, simple to use and has a great app. I love that I can access and create client notes on my phone. Great tech support! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No complaints about the software, I'm continuing to tweak how it works best for me and appreciate that the company is open to feedback if I encounter challenges in what I want it to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
