Excessive paper use for checks and balances. Not fully web compatible with HTML 5 support, requires specific OS and browser using Citrix connection. Updates are slow to deploy. Some workflow capability seems to be missing (e-mail notifications that seem simple to implement are missing, printing files to a PDF is not possible or difficult).
