PowerDMARC makes all that possible while giving us the ability to manage the different email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and much more) from a single platform, streamlining our security efforts and saving us valuable time.

Hosted SPF, DKIM, and DMARC:

The ability to host SPF allows us to work around the built-in DNS limitation of 10-lookups. Hosting our DMARC reports is valuable because DMARC reports are not simple and requires a tool if we want to make our lives easier. Hosted DKIM is also a promising new feature that we intend to leverage soon. The last feature that is very interesting is PowerMTA-STS, being able to host our policy is something that all admins should appreciate.

User-Friendly Portal:

The PowerDMARC portal offers an easy-to-use interface, making navigation a breeze.

Reporting: PowerDMARC offers rich reports.

For the investment, there is nothing I can think of that is negative. We get very good return on our invenstment with PowerDMARC. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Since there are so many functions, it would be good if there was a setting for administrators to disable functions that are not being used from the screen.

The above can be said (to some degree) about most MSP vendors, but after reviewing and trialing all of the major solutions, we selected PowerDMARC for the following reasons:

- Their minimum price point was low. We could slowly grow our business without needing to worry about minimums right off the bat.

- They offer short-consulting blocks so that it's easy to get help without committing to large contracts

- Flexible terms and pricing that worked with my budget

- The ability to setup BIMI without a trademarked logo (even if works in fewer placed)

- A sales and technical team that never tired of my questions and requests, and always worked hard not just to close the request, but to make sure that it solved my issue.

And I'm just going to say it - a sales team that is availabe, but doesn't harrass you with phone calls about new products, services, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My gripes are fairly minor:

- I do wish their MSP program included internal-use licensing. However, the cost is so low that this really isn't much of an issue.

- I wish the branded marketing materials were a bit stronger/better. The caveat with this is that I haven't looked into this in depth yet, so it may already be better than what I observed when looking into it 4 months ago.

What I will say is that when I've had a problem, they've worked hard to resolve the issue, so I really don't have ongoing/longstanding problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For any MSP who is serious about their customers email security and compliance, making use of DMARC is essential. This platform is ahead of the curve in giving a solid, sensible and well thought out suite of tools so cover reporting, hosted SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MTA-STS and BIMI in a single pane of glass.
