I really like how easy PowerDMARC makes setting up DMARC, SPF, and DKIM. It takes a process that could feel complicated and simplifies it. The real-time alerts are incredibly helpful because they give us quick updates when something is not right. The reports are clear and easy to understand, making it simple to catch and block threats fast. I also appreciate the extra security with two-factor authentication and the way it handles multiple domains all in one place. The PowerDMARC portal is easy enough to navigate. Much of the information needed can be found on the "dashboard." where the service is exemplary is the staff. My company has tested other DMARC service providers prior to PowerDMARC, but only PowerDMARC actually scheduled a call with me months into the service to make sure all is well. The call consisted of the Customer Success Manager, Technical Account Manager, Technical Support and an Engineer. It was a follow up call 6 months into the service. It was not a sales call. They genuinely wanted to make sure my company was utilizing the full extent of PowerDMARC to improve our DMARC score and our internet reputation. A service that is REALLY looking out for the best interest of their customer, Amazing! Thank you for all the staff that joined the call to help out my company.
