Ease of use and fantastic visual layout makes handling DMARC, DKIM, SPF, and troubleshooting alerts increadibly easy. Implementation is very quick and explained very well for novice users. Support has been fairly helpful, a few times they've just blindly sent KB's but if you request further explaination they are willing to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

PowerDMARC helps to enhance our clients' email security. It provides with detailed reporting and it is very easy to use and implement. I like the HostedServices they provide. Their team is also quite helpful. I have had a chance to talk to Irina many times and I was amazed how quickly she handles everything and replies to my emails. PowerDMARC was recommended to me by a colleague at another company who was facing similar struggles with email spoofing. I had already set up DMARC, SPF, and DKIM, but we were still receiving weekly complaints about spoofed emails getting through. After working with PowerDMARC, I haven't received a single complaint that I couldn't explain. The PowerDMARC team regularly follows up with me regarding what they are seeing and to ensure everything is running smoothly. I can't recommend this product enough.
The management portal is very intuitive an easy to use. Getting everything set up was a breeze (do need to have access to your DNS).

With DMARC being a critical element for deliverability, businesses of ALL sizes need to learn about and implement a DMARC policy on their domains. I came into this not knowing anything about how it all works, but I found that the steps were laid out clearly and I was able to go from no policy, through the phases of collecting reports with an unenforced policy, through quarantine and eventually the strict "deny" policy. Our deliverability has shot WAY up since putting this all in place. Once we had our initial "none" policy in place for about ten days, I set-up the free call with PowerDMARC support to review the reports and metrics that had come in. With those learnings we were able to progress to a full strict policy in less than two weeks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really haven't found any downsides. Some of the dashboards still don't make total sense to me, but DMARC support is available and the documentation, videos and tutorials are outstanding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My account engineer, Darpan Kalita is knowlegable and patient helping me gain a limited understanding of the intricacies of email deliverability. In about one month Darpan has adjusted our email settings to improve scores for our SPf, DKIM, DMARC, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The portal is easy to navigate for MSP account AND Customer account. I like that we can enter the customer portal as a customer account. This is great for testing the customer access views.
I also like that there are role templates AND you have the ability to create roles. It's quite granular, so you can really get into the details.
The support is responsive as well. When you create a ticket, you will get a response quite quickly.
I also like that they have a wide offering of service methods, like the MSP Portal, customer portal, and API.

* Usually, from the MSP portal, with MSP identity, when you enter the customer portal, the identity will shift to the "client" identity. So when you go back to the MSP portal, you will get an access denied message. Easy fix is to log off the "client" identity and you are immediately back in as the MSP identity.
* Not sure if I missed this capability, but it would be great to create favourites for aggregate reports so you don't have to drill down each time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
