PowerDMARC has made it easy to setup required email DNS records and maintain them. It is nice to be able to see the reports and verify the domain is setup correctly and operating as it should. There is nothing I dislike about PowerDMARC, but there is little querks that can be annoying in the interface. When you click on a link, it may not take you to the page with the domain selected, you just have to select the domain again. I'd been looking to white label a DMARC service for some time and left quite underwhelmed by other platforms I had trialled. PowerDMARC ticks every box for me, and boxes I hadn't even considered. The DMARC offering is great enough as it is, but with hosted SPF, DKIM, MTA-STA and BIMI, it's amazing. I love the custom-branded reports that are easy to generate, giving me an easy-to-deploy add-on for my lead generation when upselling DMARC services to potential clients.
As a consultant, helping clients uncover email delivery issues using DMARC reports is so much easier on PowerDMARC than any other platform I've used.
It's quick to deploy a new client, simple to deploy the various hosted DNS services, and the tools for generating DMARC, BIMI, etc, are fantastic.
PowerDMARC also deploy new features and improved functionality on a regular basis and the communications to support those changes are spot on.

I've had a couple of issues with hosted DKIM and DKIM reporting using the power analyzer. However, the support team were quick to resolve these and we were back up and running in hours.

Update: It's been a few months since I posted this review and I've had a couple of issues with the hosted DKIM service. Once again, delighted by the response and I've deployed the alerting that I probably should have done earlier. Their product is second to none, absolutely fantastic to be able to see the reports with number and graphs to better illustrate the current healt of the domain and possible threats and what not. My clients love the emails and feel much safer and protected with the services.
The product is fantastic on its own, but I feel compelled to also give a eloge to their support team. On email they reply real quick, and if further guidance is required, they are totally cool with jumping on a Zoom call. I have got a lot of help from them, and their technical team is spot on, humerous and tremendously skilled in their field.

The user interface is about as intuitive and as useful as one can be for this type of service. So far I am very pleased with the platform and the technical support. It is also wonderful that so many hosted features are available in 1 platform, and our migration to PowerDMARC was extremely smooth, quick, and without error. PowerDMARC allows us to provide a whole other level of SPF/DKIM/DMARC management and security for our clients, increasing the value our clients receive from choosing us. There are helpful descriptions and everything is laid out intuitively so it doesn't take long to learn how to use it. They also have a reasonable MSP program which makes it cost-effective. Support is responsive and helpful. I especially like that it gives us the ability to manage the client's SPF/DMARC/DKIM without having to relay the changes to the client's hosting provider. The interface can be slow at times, not painfully so but there is a short but noticeable wait between clicks. Minor issue. Some of the "wizards" could be a little more clear. Once you go through the process a couple of times it is easy but there is some confusion the first time or two that could be cleared up by a few tweaks to the UX/flow. The ability to view and manage all your email authentication and security protocols in one place is amazing, it's easy to deploy, easy to manage and provides all the information in one place. We have a number of customers with multiple domains and managing them from one portal, means we can more proactively and regularly check for issues relating to email delivery.

PowerDMARC has excellent reporting functions so it's easy to find the problems. It's easy to configure, the user interface is very good. It is very easy to integrate / set up jon your own if you are familiar with SPF, DKIM, DNS etc. The customer support is very friendly and really helpful. Sooner or later you reach the point where you have to use paid services because the free services are no longer sufficient. That's perfectly okay, then you just take a paid plan. Unfortunately, there are also some special functions, such as the hosted SPF, which you need if you send emails from many different sources. Unfortunately, this service cannot be booked online, but it is only pointed out that it is a paid feature and you have to contact support to have it activated for a fee. Ease of use and fantastic visual layout makes handling DMARC, DKIM, SPF, and troubleshooting alerts increadibly easy. Implementation is very quick and explained very well for novice users.
