Powell Manager is super easy to use, but also has an enormous number of features if you really want to dig into it. Their customer support is incredible and they are always willing to help me with some weird project or request that I might have. Our company relies on our intranet daily for many of their task and we have never had an outage. Users are authenticated in using their Microsoft accounts, and can access the intranet from within Microsoft Teams, making frequency of use easy to ramp up.
