- TFA/MFA is missing, would be great to have this as an extra security measure for login.
- Uninstall of container, leaves behind files/folders under /portainer/Files/AppData/Config/ which needs to be manually removed.
- Have an option to archive App Template URL. Currently only 1 URL can be specified, it would be nice to be able to save/archives multiple URLs and select which URL must be referred or used by Portainer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can manage all my VM's running Docker in one place. It is also nice that the program is open source, and that I can self-host it. Managing Docker containers/images/volumes in a GUI allows you to be more efficient and avoid wasting storage on unused resources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Portainer Business Edition has some limitations. This is a bit silly since you host the software on your own hardware. However, a 5-machine limit does exist for free, and is enough for smaller operations. For most people and organizations, this is probably more than enough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The web UI is very easy to navigate and get started without having much prior knowledge. Makes docker and kubernetes really easy to manage.
User management and authorization is also a really great for working with teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be great if along with the notifications in the dashboard, there would be an option to enable push notifications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Portainer is the best docker management platform around! It makes managing docker containers, setting up & managing swarms a breeze. I love that they offer a free business license for users like me who want to learn but only use Portainer for small or non-revenue-generating use cases. While I am very comfortable with the command line, having a GUI to manage all my docker containers makes things so much easier. I highly recommend Portainer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish it were easier to restart containers using webhooks instead of recreating them. I would love to have more straightforward health checks without setting up a mail server or other third-party notification services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can manage my VM (that runs Docker Containers such as Apache and Nginx) with ease on a web GUI. It can manage every aspect of Docker, including containers, images, volumes, and even Docker compose. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Portainer Business Plan is expensive if you have multiple Docker instances. As we only have one main machine, this has not yet been an issue, but it is something we need to keep in mind for future expansion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Portainer makes managing Docker instance super simple as it provides a nice and simple-to-use web UI. It provides a simple way to create and monitor containers in detail. It is also nice that they provide a free license for the enterprise-grade edition for 3 nodes, which is great for testing the software and home users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If there is an error in creating a new stack it creates a limited stack instead of just not creating one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Portainers gives you a really nice graphical user interface to manage all your containers to run, stop, remove or delete. Meanwhile being able to add more than one node and monitor all your services without the hassle to login to your server everytime. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not having support for mobile makes it a little harder to manage on your phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
