What do you like best about PolyAI?

I loved PolyAi for its exceptional capability to automate client calls.Their customer support is commendable. The interface is simple and very user friendly. We have been able to integrate it with various software systems. Provides human like voice that is of the highest quality imaginable. Certainly avoids a robot like voice. What do you dislike about PolyAI?

There was very little to find fault with in my experience. Everything proceeded exceptionally smoothly and the team provided excellent support. If I had to mention a minor thing, it would be the inclusion of voice analytics to enchance our ability to analyze customer requests to the voice assistant. Additionally while this is not a significant concern some complex scenarios may pose slight challenges for PolyAi. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Operating aroudn the clock with a 100% call answering rate we ensure a consistently braded and superior guest experience especially in a marketplace where resources are often limited. Their customer driven chatbot can provide responses to customer inquiries with a commendable level of accuracy. I really like PolyAi tool because It is a best tool to help me to automate my calls for clients. It's have very easy to use interface and easy to implement with any software. Their customer support is also good. I am using poly ai frequently. Apart from that Poly ai also have lots of features to use as an AI tool. Also it's very easy to integrate. What do you like best about PolyAI?

There are many options for AI currently in the market. PolyAI impressed us by providing a product that could be launched in a short amount of time without risking quality. The PolyAI team is knowledgeable, adaptable, and responsive- they believe in their product, and we feel confident that we have their support.

In addition, the virtual agent does not require additional IT resources and will adapt based on data collected during the calls. What do you dislike about PolyAI?

Mohegan Sun’s overall experience of working with PolyAI has been positive. PolyAI has fully met our expectations, so we do not have issues to report or "dislikes". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PolyAI solving and how is that benefiting you?

During the pandemic, the incoming call volume nearly tripled with general information questions such as hours of operation and safety protocols. Staffing was a challenge during this time, so we were only able to answer less than half of the calls coming in. By implementing PolyAI, we saw immediate results: The VIP Services team was able to answer 30% more calls, our guest service scores increased, and the team morale skyrocketed. What do you like best about PolyAI?

The assistant itself is lifelike and constantly learning. The time saving it allows our staff onsite is the real value add. In comparison, competitor offerings seem robotic make customers feel like they are not being cared for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PolyAI?

Only downside is the public's acceptance of a voice assistant doing the job. Those not familiar with dealing with 'AI' tend to think of the assistant as rude although all it does is follow the script and adjust. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Improves call answering stats. A huge isse within a hospitality sector that is facing recruitment and retention headwinds

- Understanding turn away data (Excess Demand). Our business is able to understand where there are inefficient restaurant plans and helps us to maximise assets. We can view rich granular data at store level, which allows us to focus energy in the right places. We've learnt so much about our guests; when they want to book, how they like to book. What do you like best about PolyAI?

We reviewed several AI providers before choosing Poly AI. Voice quality was my number 1 requirement. Poly AI far exceeded the voice quality of the several other providers we reviewed. They deployed a voice assistant to handle non-revenue producing calls in 4 weeks. From day 1 it handled 87% of these calls allowing agents to focus on revenue calls and reduce customer hold times. What do you dislike about PolyAI?

There was really not a lot to dislike. Everything happened very smoothly. The team was very supportive. The one thing I wish we had is voice analytics to allow us to better analyze the customer requests to the voice assistant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

To begin with, Poly AI has allowed us to focus on profitability and drive a better experience with reduced wait time.
