What we like the most about Poltio is that it meets all our survey needs. This is very important for us, as it gets very chaotic when we need to contact different vendors for different surveys. Poltio is the most flexible research and survey tool for SMEs and enterprises. This is my second company where we use their tool and you can use it for both market research and user surveys. As long as you pass your user ID parameter in the link (whether an iframe or a web link) the tool records every answer you get with it so you can use it to segment / target customers later on. You can also do market research on other platforms as well. You can create decision trees based on an answer to a spesific question, avoiding a painfully long survey for users.
