**What do you like best about Points And Rewards For WooCommerce?**

The plugin does exactly what it was designed to do, which is grant customers points when they make purchases and allow them to redeem the points on future purchases when they checkout.

**What do you dislike about Points And Rewards For WooCommerce?**

We use this plugin to give users points for offline activities and while the plugin does provide the basic functionality we need (we can manually adjust a user's points and then they can use the points), it could be SO much better with just a little more functionality.  Currently it does allow us to manually adjust points on a users account, but there is no notes/reason field where we can note why they are receiving points.  At a bare minimum this would make it easier to manage.  To make it great, would be more user-friendly ways to grant points other than just purchases.  One example would be letting us create a coupon code that a user could enter to add points to their account.  Another example would be ways to notify the users that they have been given points - i.e. currently there is a page in the users account where they can see how many points they have, but this would be much better if we could add a message log to this page so they could see how they got the points "10/5/2020 - You got 500 points for completing XYZ task".

**What problems is Points And Rewards For WooCommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use this plugin on an internal training site for our employees.  Points are given for completing training courses and other continuing education, which can then be redeemed for merchandise on our company store.  This has helped us create a system where we can encourage our team to cross train and learn more about our business.
