As the manager of an experienced multi-state sales team, I had to deal with the initial push back of introducing a system that required reps to video themselves and share that content out with their peers. After our initial learning track concluded the two biggest skeptics both approached me unsolicited and told me that the PointForward tool was the most effective sales training platform they had used in their careers.
