PocketLaw is the most comprehensive tool to draft and complete legal agreements for any company (especially Swedish entities). We've used the service to produce e.g. options agreements, board protocols, employee agreements, NDAs, Data Protection Agreements etc. Truly recommend it and their customer support is great!
