Since 2011, we have been utilizing Plunet in conjunction with the memoQ program as our primary system for managing translation projects. Working with Plunet has made our daily tasks significantly easier, faster, and more transparent, enabling us to save considerable time and human resources.
Furthermore, Plunet consistently takes care of the program's ongoing development to ensure it aligns with the latest standards in the translation industry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is nothing to dislike about Plunet at the moment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Plunet is a very feature-rich product and has been a customisable tool that we can use for different workflows in our localisation process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The support provided could be improved and also the flexibility for file storage, automation scripts can be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like it a lot and I also have a special affection for it because it was the first platform I used when I started in the world of translation. It seems to me that it provides all the information you need, it is easy to upload or download the files you need to work on the project that you have been assigned. Personally, there is nothing I dislike about Plunet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing about Plunet is manageability and how everything is very intuitive when you know the workflow of a translation project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some information is very much linked to others, which generates a great Plunet management capacity. A person with little knowledge would not have this management ability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The flexibility of the tool and how it can adapt to different situations Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The quality of the customer service is inconsistent: some times you get a reply right away and in other occasions you're waiting for months. Also, I think they should offer training on the basics and not only on modules that they sell separately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Being able to see all of the invoices and work being done on our account in one place is valuable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find the Plunet layout very confusing. After my first few weeks of using it (as a client), I am still not sure how to find and approve invoices. The button names are non-intuitive, and I have twice accidentally made new requests rather than approving the quotes I already have. It may just be a learning curve issue, but so far I find Plunet more difficult to use than it should be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The workflow is very straightforward. The translator receives the work order, then clicks on the link to download the files and accept/reject the job. Then the job is uploaded to Plunet, and the project manager can modify the work order for the translator to invoice directly through the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Everything is pretty good, except sometimes it seems that the project managers overlook the translator comments at Final Delivery. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
