I find the Plunet layout very confusing. After my first few weeks of using it (as a client), I am still not sure how to find and approve invoices. The button names are non-intuitive, and I have twice accidentally made new requests rather than approving the quotes I already have. The workflow is very straightforward. The translator receives the work order, then clicks on the link to download the files and accept/reject the job.
