Web forms, Analytics and Chat is the best one. Particularly chat is best one. we can share our image and other documents to the customer Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We didn't like Email Campaign. Because email group is very limited(1000) and data validation is bit expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Plumb5?

In the terms of features, everything is good. I specifically like the custom communication tag lines in the winback form. When I come to customer support, its really awesome. You take up our requirement very seriously and get the works done in few hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
