Pluga is a service that has served us very well over the past few years. Integrations are reliable, fast and easy to set up. We have been using to automate task in our sales services, generate reports and integrate to other communication tools. The support team is great! They have in several instances gone out of their way to meet a feel apps that we needed to integrate and adjust the needed API variables. Although Pluga does integrate with quite a few tool and they are always bringing more integrations on board, when it comes to this kind of service, more is always better. We´ve been using Pluga for 8 years now. In the meantime we grew from a team of 10 to a team of 100, always trying to keep the headcount to the strict minimum. Empowering employees, in particular non-technical ones, was key to our operation. Today all areas of the company has processes running on pluga (15 users, 50 automations). The main source of frustration is when we want to automated a process with a tool which is not integrated yet. Their may be a workaround via webhooks but we way also have to use more complex and expensive tools. But they add new tools frequently and hear us when prioritizing future tools.
