You can use it in many ways, that is awesome. As its a common software for marketplace solutions it has his advantages. Also the support is working awesome via Plenty forum. I received responses within one hour which is great. They have a bunch of option you can choose to customize your settings (which also can be too much as we experienced) You also receive updates about many changes via Plenty Forum, seems like the developers are doing a great job. There are plenty bugs I have experienced, but the most annoying thing is that you get used to save adjustments several times. Because I had the issue, that saving a change only once sometimes did not worked. Also it would be great to be able to trigger much events by yourself instead via support.

We had some problems facing mappings of field values and also with naming our fields, as some characters were not allowed without a reason. I guess its fixed meanwhile but took us days to solve those issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
