What do you like best about Plecto?

The number of different data sources which we regularly use is great. I couldn't find any other product which includes all the tools we use on a daily basis. (Aircall, intercom, close, MySQL, etc.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Plecto?

The syntax for creating dashboard widgets is confusing. Also the onboarding process takes weeks. It should be possible to get a new customer up and running in a single day. I'm sure many sales are lost by making it a 3-4 week process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Plecto solving and how is that benefiting you?

We're still working on our setup. But essentially we're replacing an entire full time data analyst and saving engineering resources. Whenever we have new data types in our database and/or want new anayltics we won't need to have costly developer time dedicated to getting those anayltics or using those new data types. What do you like best about Plecto?

Plecto helps me analyze the data from my CRM system in Pipedrive, it is a very useful tool to have a great overview about the business. Thanks to "plecto", I can quickly know the metrics of my business, plus I can customize those metrics according to my management indicators, it is a powerful tool that saves many hours of analysis and allows you to see in real time how the business progresses. What do you dislike about Plecto?

I would like to have more graphics options to better analyze the data. I would also like to make formulas easier. I would also like you to improve the application in IOS so that it works correctly with the Iwatch and be able to see metrics on my watch. What do you like best about Plecto?

Ability to utilize multiple data sources to help track and provide a real-time overview for our telemarketing and sales team. We can display our data tracked in Salesforce to help motivate our team and celebrate when they close deals with the quickly customizable gamifcation notifications.

The support team is phenomenal and very understanding. Quick to hop on a call and help troubleshoot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Plecto?

Some of the formulas require a bit of work and taking a dive into our overall CRM to fully understand how things are displayed. I would like it if the integration with our CRM could be more selective - our deactivated employees continue to be resynced from Salesforce into Plecto, causing us to be "tracking" way too many users. What do you like best about Plecto?

I personally think that one of the major strengths with Plecto is the number of possible data source types to choose from to collect and combine your business data.

It also has a set of well documented REST-api:s that makes it easy to post new sets of business data that gets stored within internal data sources.

The chat function ion the Plecto Website is really helpful and response time is mostly very quick which is appreciated 😊👍 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Plecto?

For easy statistics the that you want to capture can be quite easily expressed by the visual matheditor, but for more advanced calculations and date intervals I’ve kind of getting stuck with the limitations Plecto currently have when expressing formulas. What do you dislike about Plecto?

I wasn't able to move forward with the Premium version as the sales department wasn't willing to answer security questions and fill in our Vendor Assessment Questionnaire. This is critical information for us when integrating something to our CRM system and it feels like Plecto doesn't take it seriously. I had to go with a competitor instead. What do you like best about Plecto?

The ability to take virtually any source of data and visualise it for anyone to digest. Being able to go as deep in to the data as you need to and to give people rotating dashboards that keep them informed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Plecto?

Ease of use when it comes to data integration and setting up dashboards. The customer support is always a tremendous amount of help when used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Plecto?

Few basic functionalities or qualities of life is missing and the interval of retrieving data for data sources are a bit high for dashboard live usage.

It would be great if it was possible organizing data sources and dashboards better, as it's not scalable when there's many emoloyees, teams and dashboards.

A summaration of all values shown in a widget would also be desired. E.g in a table widget, you are showing how many calls every employee has made so far, but on top of the table it shows the total value of all employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Plecto?

Plecto lets us collect data from all of our numerous data sources, with great integrations with the tools we use the most so we don't have to spend time building complicated reports or finding hidden datasets.

it lets us visualize our customers, and employees super quick and easily so we feel a lot more in control than with our previous tools. Even if its not super in-depth when it comes to showing reports, it gets the job done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Plecto Onboarding process is designed for new customers for the purpose of training them in using the platform and visualizing their KPIs.

During the onboarding process, you will receive technical guidance and advice on using Plecto and setting up your account. The meeting is hosted by a Customer Success Manager ex Pavlina, who will also provide strategic consultation on the best practices in visualizing your KPI’s and setting up your dashboards. During the onboarding process, you obtain the knowledge to build KPI’s and maintain your account.
