There is very little to find fault with; however, one area that could benefit from enhancement is the reporting functionality. Greater flexibility - such as expanded options for customizing reports - would elevate the experience considerably, and it’s encouraging to know that such improvements are already on the roadmap. Additionally, the mobile experience could be refined to better serve those who rely on working remotely or on the go.
