Playroll is easy to use and implementation was seamless. The platform itself has some great features, in particular the HR information and the quote generator. Global coverage is extensive and meets our requirements. The platform can also easily integrate easily with BambooHR.. They charge a 2.5% conversion fee on all payroll expenses if your employee is paid in another currency. I searched our contract with Playroll, and this additional fee was not disclosed in our MSA nor clearly disclosed on their invoices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Having used multiple EOR partners, Playroll really stands out with their very short response times. Whenever you have question, they are very fast in replying. Kudos for that! The platform itself, like any, takes a bit of getting used to, but overall it's a very user friendly system. We were told an integration with our own HR software was possible, so we're very much looking forward to that. The platform has all the features you would need, it even allows for paying out in multiple currencies, so you do not have conversion costs.

It can be a hassle to find the right and fitting solution for some more complex situations, like an employee living in one country, working for the legal entity in another country.
