I love the Customer Intelligence and Actions part of Plannat! Prior to Planhat I was using spreadsheets to try to keep track of my KPI's. Now with plan hat, I can stay organized, respond to customers, plan my day, all while my KPI's are naturally being updated. My Director knows exactly what I have been doing. Planhat is highly praised for its user-friendly interface and robust customer health scoring features. I enjoy being part of the process that helps us create & build our CRM platform so we can get the best value out of it for our customers. We have an awesome Planhat CSM (Lisa) and support team & they are very engaged to help us achieve our goals with the platform.

I enjoy working with the workflows in Planhat, to have a structured approach consitent for the CSM team. I use the comment fields a lot to communicate with my manager and coworkers. I like the details and insights it offers in my (way too large) portfolio. I like that it´s integrated with Slack. The workflows in Planhat have really helped our team stay organized and on top of all our customer-related tasks. I can easily track progress, log updates, and collaborate with other team members, which keeps us all on the same page. If I had to mention something, it would be the lack of a quick way to go back to a previous page in the UI. It’s a small issue, and I’ve already heard they’re working on fixing it, so it’s not a big deal. Overall, there’s really nothing that would make me rethink using Planhat—it's a solid tool. The possibility to make a lot of data insight. And to act to that data instead of reaching out blind to your customers.

I have to learn to think about how the system works. That's something that will develop over time, but I'm already getting the hang of it. :)
When I click on "actions" sometimes it opens "today", but a lot of times "all activities" and that is a bit annoying.
And I'm trying to find a solution to measure all the customers I and my colleagues onboarded to fill in our KPI and that's not working at the moment.
- when I make an appointment in PH it's not really user-friendly if you add time to the appointment. A lot of clicking.

Integrations: It's integration with SF has proven to be so much more robust than pervious platforms we have used.

the logic behind views of tasks/meetings is a bit confusing. There seemingly needs to be a lot of folders and filters to get a clean view of daily expectations for a CSM Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can track my activity with clients, I keep all my notes there, I manage onboardings, upsells, renewals. I track client health and I make sure I'm always on top of my portfolio. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
