**What do you like best about Planhat?**

I like the new upgraded UX system in Planhat. It's a lot easier to build out custom pages to help customer success managers and to look at reports and stuff.

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

The HubSpot integration. And also being able to track more complicated opportunities and upsells. Just the integration with HubSpot. It seems to hit a lot of errors, so it'd be good to fix that.

**What do you like best about Planhat?**

I appreciate the flexibility and configuration options that Planhat offers, which integrate seamlessly with our existing tools. This adaptability is crucial for our business operations. I am particularly impressed by the ease with which I can create new workflows, templates, dashboards, and visualizations. These features significantly facilitate our operations without the need for extensive support from our operations or revenue teams, making them incredibly valuable. Like the integration with Salesforce and the use of Jiminny for conversational intelligence, and the ability to highlight summaries and action items/next steps directly into PlanHat, rather than going to another platform to gather insights. Slack integration is also a huge asset, allowing us to push notifications to our Customer Success Managers (CSMs) precisely when needed. The new AI integrations with Gemini are another win for us, leveraging LLMs and existing signals during our customer conversations to provide real-time insights. The Planhat team has been responsive and supportive, ensuring that we maximize the benefits of their AI functionalities. This comprehensive suite of features helps us track customer utilization, mitigate risks, and flag potential expansions and feature-related needs for our customer base.

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

I find it challenging to leverage the AI functionality independently from Planhat's support and services teams. The platform needs to be more intuitive, with improved performance and reliability for consistent use.

**What do you like best about Planhat?**

I can track my activity with clients, I keep all my notes there, I manage onboardings, upsells, renewals. I track client health and I make sure I'm always on top of my portfolio.

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

Can't think of anything, I'm not a power user so I don't see what could be improved (maybe being able to set colors to your tasks).

**What problems is Planhat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planhat is helping me comfortably manage my large portfolio of clients as I am able to structure and devide my priorities. We have a lot of automations that remind us that we need to either chase a client or update a stage. What it helps the most with is keeping me confident that I am in control of my portfolio.

**What do you like best about Planhat?**

Proper CSM CRM that we use on a daily basis. 
I really appreciate how intuitive and flexible Planhat is. The platform makes it easy to visualize customer data, track key metrics, and collaborate across teams. I also like the fact that it can be customized to fit different business needs.
Also our CSM Ismail Tahri is very accessible. He is super helpful and brings a lot advices on optimizing our usage.

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

Overall, I’m very satisfied with Planhat, but some advanced configurations or dashboard customizations can feel a bit complex at first. It would be great to have even more flexibility in reporting or easier access to certain integrations.
Also, I'm not super confortable with the new presentation. I found that it was more visible with the old back and white design.

**What problems is Planhat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planhat helps us centralize all customer data in one place, making it much easier to monitor engagement, track renewals, and identify at-risk accounts. It saves us time by offering reporting and giving a clear overview of customer health, which ultimately helps us improve retention and deliver a better customer experience.

I find Planhat incredibly beneficial for understanding and managing our diverse set of accounts. I appreciate its facilitation of collaboration and its ability to provide a clear portfolio overview for each Customer Success Manager (CSM), including insights into revenue and changes in account health scores. This functionality is crucial as it allows us to quickly gauge the risk levels across numerous accounts, enhancing our decision-making capabilities significantly. The syncing feature with emails is fantastic as it integrates seamlessly with our other tools like Gmail, Clari, and Salesforce, ensuring that all information flows smoothly and we have a real-time view of account statuses. I love that Planhat helps us avoid human errors by providing a combined summary for the leadership team, improving our organizational visibility. Its integrations and synchronization features with tools like Clari enhance our workflows by automatically updating call summaries and affecting account health scores based on usage, which is incredibly efficient. This cohesive ecosystem minimizes biases and offers more precise forecasting. Overall, Planhat has streamlined account management for us, making complex processes much more manageable and saving us valuable time.

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

I find that the initial setup of Planhat was challenging, particularly in pushing data into the platform, which took about three to six months to implement effectively. Additionally, while the new UI is different, it sometimes feels a little slow, making it somewhat hard to adopt due to its differences from the previous version. Moreover, I feel that the AI account summary feature could be enhanced to provide more detailed and powerful insights, as it currently only reads the account's health or rhythm without delving into detailed analysis.

I use Planhat for managing emails, coordination, revenue and churn forecasts, and understanding account summaries, helping us avoid human errors and grasp the risk levels of portfolios quickly.

**What do you like best about Planhat?**

I love how Planhat helps me keep all of my accounts in order by integrating information from various systems, which significantly streamlines my work as a customer success manager. The ability to see a health score at a glance is invaluable, as it allows me to quickly identify where my customers need attention. I appreciate the detailed tracking of my activities, which makes it easy to locate and share information with my team internally. This feature enhances our internal collaboration and efficiency. I also enjoyed using the Canvas aspect of Planhat, especially when sharing it with larger customers, as it has proven to be extremely helpful in managing complex accounts. Furthermore, the support team at Planhat is truly wonderful. They are always responsive, providing answers and direction whenever needed, which enhances the overall experience of using the platform. These factors collectively make the tracking, ease of use, and outstanding support pivotal aspects that would drive me to choose Planhat again.

I find that Planhat lacks a global AI search feature, which would allow me to search through every single conversation and account, and ask questions with the AI providing answers. This feature is available in Gong, which I currently use for this purpose, highlighting that Planhat is missing this functionality.

What I appreciate most about Planhat is its comprehensive nature and the high degree of customization it offers. The platform provides us with a full overview of the customer journey, and we have the flexibility to adapt it to our unique workflows and business requirements, rather than being limited to generic, one-size-fits-all solutions. On top of that, their customer support is excellent - responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help us get the most out of the platform.

Planhat offers a great deal of power, but its depth and flexibility can make the initial learning curve somewhat challenging. It may require some time and effort to fully grasp how to configure all the features, particularly for those who are new to the platform.

Planhat has been instrumental in centralizing all our client-related data, allowing our team to operate from a single platform rather than switching between multiple tools. This shift has enhanced collaboration and visibility across teams, while also minimizing the chances of information being misplaced. **What do you like best about Planhat?**

I use Planhat daily as part of my work routine and it has proven to be an invaluable tool. It helps me keep track of both pending and completed tasks, record the time spent on different projects and collaborate efficiently with my team by measuring effort and productivity. The automatic synchronization with our work email is particularly useful, streamlining workflows and saving time. The user interface is intuitive, comprehensive and easy to navigate. Additionally, its deep integration with our internal processes makes it even more efficient to use.

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

It takes some time to fully understand how Planhat works and to take full advantage of all its features. I’ve also encountered a few bugs where certain tabs or pieces of information would temporarily disappear and then reappear randomly.

Planhat helps solve the challenge of managing multiple projects and tasks efficiently, especially within a team environment. It centralizes task tracking, time recording and collaboration, making it easier to monitor progress and workload distribution.

**What do you like best about Planhat?**

I really appreciate the sleek design and the high quality of the database. The platform is clearly built to provide an excellent customer experience, and I find it easy to organize information in a way that is clear and accessible to anyone. The automations are a valuable feature as well. I especially enjoy using the Workflows, which make it possible to create effective project management spaces for all users. I was also pleased to discover a wide range of data models, making it easy to adapt to various business needs and product scenarios. Overall, I find it very useful!

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

The platform is not totally finished. We can see that the product team did a great effort in building Planhat upgraded but a lot of basic features are missing: the document pages (beta) are not smooth, sharing views and pages is difficult, calculated metrics do not work at all. 

Sadly Planhat is build for standard SaaS and the revenue/licence models do not adapt to other business models which prevents us from using those features.

We needed a strong database to replace Notion, a place to centralize all our customer operations and structure our customer data in a secure and clean environment.

**What do you like best about Planhat?**

I find Planhat incredibly user-friendly and customizable, which made the transition to the new UI seamless for my team. Its integration capabilities, such as with Gong and Slack, greatly enhance our operational efficiency. The dashboards are particularly valuable, allowing us to easily identify risks, track campaign progress, and manage upsell and expansion efforts effectively. We’ve built numerous automations, like drip campaigns and scalable check-ins, that have streamlined repetitive tasks. I also appreciate how Planhat provides vital insights that help us manage our largest book of accounts efficiently, significantly mitigate risk, and save churn, which is crucial for our success. Additionally, the support service provided by Planhat is commendable, reinforcing my positive experience with this tool.

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

I would appreciate having out-of-the-box templates. These templates could be especially beneficial in the early stages of testing new functionalities.

**What do you like best about Planhat?**

Planhat is best in class when it comes to data driven decisions. Being able to use the product to integrate our data from multiple sources and being able to make decisions based on that at a quicker pace is very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

Planhat as it is, is very data driven. It can be complicated to do back end functions such as custom automations, calculated metrics, etc. when you are unsure of formulas and order of data to implement. With this being said, the customer support team has been really helpful when needed on this.

**What problems is Planhat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planhat is solving storing all of our customer data in one place first and foremost. This benefits us by having a one-stop shop when it comes to customer data and being able to find what we need and take action upon it.

Planhat is also helping us with customer health scores. This helps many people across our company know where an account stands and helps our CSMs take better action with their accounts based on health and risk.

**What do you like best about Planhat?**

With the new UI it makes CS reps see their dashboards a lot better with lesser clicks. It also does help with organising information and keeping tabs on customers

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

Some features still have much to be desired, such as email spam clogging up the main dashboard which reduces the functionality of planhat (already raised this improvement). One more thing was the customer portal, it was a key feature that my organisation would like to use but that feature update was meant to be released in june 2025, but until Oct 2025 it is still under development so that was quite a bummer. Aside from that I do think that communication about their user conferences and marketing events could be better as I am very interested in attending these events, but it almost feels as if I am putting in more effort in getting information rather than the other way around.

**What problems is Planhat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are currently in an intermediatery period where a lot of the team is not using planhat to the fullest extent, so for now speaking for the team most of them are using planhat is only used as a notetaking app. Which I am trying to change that internally, else the organisation would want to drop planhat as our CRM platform

**What do you like best about Planhat?**

I love all the flexibility and customization options. It is extremely quick and easy to maneuver. I also love the new AI tools that I can use with my clients. Overall, Planhat has been HUGE help and asset to our team. It makes it easier to communicate cross departmentally about our clients. They also have a wonderful support team and their help materials are super easy to use. They also integrate with many of our partners which has been a huge time saver in not having to enter things in many different tools. It really has been a one stop shop. I also love the workflows, they keep myself and my team on track for working with our clients.

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

The only thing I find frustrating is the email tool. It is kind of slow and lags. I wish there were more options for customizing emails and the text within emails and I wish it was more clear when I try to send an email.

**What problems is Planhat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves me so much time being able to track everything in Planhat. It also keeps me on track by being able to build custom workflows, email right out of planhat, and keep track of everything.

**What do you like best about Planhat?**

I appreciate Planhat's comprehensive automation tools that streamline workflows, saving my team time by reducing the need for switching between multiple tools. The platform significantly boosts our visibility into customer behavior and portfolio management. I also love the portal feature that enables seamless client collaboration. Additionally, Planhat's native integration with tools like HubSpot, Intercom, and Jira enhances efficiency by simplifying processes.

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

I find it challenging that Planhat is not very intuitive when setting it up, particularly in terms of dashboarding capabilities. Creating reports or metrics over time requires writing JSON formulas, which is not straightforward and often quite complex. I also dislike how the process of managing formulas for fields is cumbersome. When needing to adjust values in the list fields, the current system requires adding new values and deleting old ones, which is time-consuming.

I find Planhat provides better visibility into customer behavior, saving my team time by consolidating tools. It automates tasks and alerts, giving us more control without constant supervision.

**What do you like best about Planhat?**

I like that it’s easy to get data in and out of Planhat (e.g. via BigQuery). With the new UI in particular, reshaping data and viewing it from different perspectives has become a seamless process. Working with data now feels much clearer and more streamlined, without the clutter or technical debt that can build up over time. This makes adding new datapoints more manageable, since they slot neatly into a coherent setup.

The customer support, whether through chat, email, or Slack, has always been prompt and high-quality. The transition from AI assistance to human support is also smooth and consistently helpful.

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

It's not always clear why the user interface is setup the way it is, organisationally, and it can be sometimes cause confusion with regard to finding a particular area. The structure/functionality link of the interface doesn't feel very intuitive to understand.

**What problems is Planhat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planhat allows us to track clients and their ongoing progress from the point of sale onward. Planhat makes it very easy to populate with the metrics we want to track (through the BigQuery integration), which works well in conjunction with system fields and custom metric functionality. These functionality have enabled us to setup accounts at the user and company levels, making moving between both perspectives a seamless process, which we greatly appreciate. Having one place where we can quickly and easily access a variety of datapoints is a major benefit, and especially so with the new UI features (e.g. pages and dashboards). We have also moved our sales process from Pipedrive to Planhat and so we are also using Planhat at the prospect stage, making the whole sales -> client cycle cleaner, simpler, and housed in one place.

**What do you like best about Planhat?**

Planhat is a very intuitive tool, it helps our CS team on a daily base. 

Thanks to Planhat we have clear health profiles, insightful dashboards, and the CS team sees in a blink everything they need to know about the customer. We never had that many visuals for the team - and we're still optimising whilst gaining more data in the tool. 
Even though we did not have health scores prior to using Planhat, their team and the tool itself helped us to build it out easily.
Besides that, thumbs up for their amazing team -  they are responding quickly to any questions we ask.

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

It took us some time to understand how to build metrics in the tool. This is not the most intuitive, but the support team, our CSM and their certification platform helped out.
It would be great if there would be more flexibility in the dashboards or if there would be more (out of the box) integration options with external tools

**What problems is Planhat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planhat helps us through the complete customer journey. Our CS team doesn't have to leave the tool in order to find everything they need. Planhat gives us a place to store all data, work on improving this data quality, and visualize it in dashboards / portals (both for internal as for external use).

There is no per-user license fee, which is a big plus for our use case across customer success and support orgs. The tool has a modern look and feel, making it visually appealing and up to date. It's also very easy to use, even for those without technical knowledge. I appreciate how it handles data manipulation and provides useful insights. The CSM and TAM team are extremely knowledgeable and always deliver white glove support.

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

While their chat support team is very helpful, there are times when it can take as long as 24 hours to receive a response. Often, by the time I get a reply, I am no longer actively using the tool, which can be inconvenient.

This tool makes it easier to reduce churn and identify opportunities for expansion, while also acting as a central hub for collecting important customer insights.

The updated UI and Customer Portals! Planhat has always had a ton of functionality and with more intuitive interface and setup it's really becoming our CS Source of... everything. We've moved more documents and processes into and through Planhat in the past year and have plans to streamline further going into 2026.

I wish I had a complete understanding of how to automate and program, as that's something I'm still learning. This is probably my main frustration, since I feel like I'm not yet able to make the most of everything PH provides.

This platform is helping us centralize and automate many of our processes, documentation, and data in a single location. **What do you like best about Planhat?**

PlanHat, like many CRMs is a very customizable sandbox - that means that if you have the ideas on what process to make, you can probably build it in PlanHat. There are lots of processes that we use that go through PlanHat, and the team uses it almost on a daily basis. I also want to add that the support is really helpful, and the people in the PlanHat team feel very friendly. Lastly, the native integrations are useful as well (to salesforce, openai etc.) but could use some better UI. Ultimately, after using it for a while, I think it's good to see the evolution since I encountered the first product 2 years ago.

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

I think the challenge with PlanHat is that it is a sandbox, so you're free to do whatever you want and if you don't really fully know what sort of processes you want to implement, there is not really much of a guide on how to do things. For example, there are common things people would want to track like timestamps when fields are updated, or formulas for fields and I normally have to reach out to support about it. Like many SaaS products, there are frustrating bugs here and there, but nothing too bad for me as an admin.

PlanHat is a good way to consolidate data from a lot of different sources, and building the right tools so people in every team can have visibility to this consolidated / processed data.
We use it to monitor accounts, report risk signals, and even track which customers we send gifts to.

I really appreciate the support from Planhat's team. Our CSM and technical account manager are always ready to help, jumping on calls to guide us through any issues. The reporting tool is also a huge plus; it allows us to set up custom reports for different teams, eliminating the manual PDF process. The integration with HubSpot and the flexibility it offers in setting up reports has simplified our workflow significantly. I'm excited about the upcoming features in Planhat as well.

I think if I had to pick something, it would be the UI. The feedback is sometimes it's not always obvious where to go and to create certain things if you're new. While once you're accustomed to it, navigation is fine, it is a bit challenging for someone who is quite new.

**What do you like best about Planhat?**

I've implemented and used several CSPs in my career. My team bought Planhat after reviewing all vendors, including giving second chances to  those we've had challenges with in the past.  We chose Planhat because of the flexibility it provided us to tailor to my company's technical and operational debt.  The other tools were less flexible to trust in our environment.  I've now had Planhat for more than 2 years and both the product and the team supporting us keep getting better.  I've never worked with another vendor that is as proactive, supportive of our needs and thoughtful about my team's success.  While other CSPs talk about Customer Success in their marketing, Planhat delivers it. We are now beginning to consolidate other tools into Planhat because 1) my CSMs love using it and 2) the PH team is consultative giving us feedback on what will work best in our environment to extract more value from their product.  My CSMs get so much out of PH that they are increasingly interacting with it, giving it more data, having discourse with the LLM integrations and the result is a circular motion compounding in value and  becoming a key co-pilot in how we work with customers

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

We purchased Planhat in part because our Salesforce is too broken to build out some simple things. We launched many of those things in Planhat quickly - our first use case was renewal opportunities to drive a retention pipeline. As we've added more and more use cases since, I am finding that our efforts to move quickly and make up for impossibilities of our enterprise tech stack, we've unintentionally created some silos.  Other organizations at my company are unintentionally duplicating work, building things that we already have completed in Planhat. This is less a reflection on Planhat itself than it is on our deployment of it. As we've built value we need to find ways to share the wealth and in my experience CSP adoption outside of CSM, PS and Support can be challenging.

**What problems is Planhat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I attribute 1% of GRR (a very large number for us) to Planhat in our first year of using it as we increased our visibility to mid-cycle and renewal risk far in advance in a very short time.  We've since moved beyond that and now have automatic persona identification, risk and opportunity summaries, pre-identified and automated next steps, integration with custom built analytics.  We've just launched our QBR workflow w/ a pipeline.  While we have other tools to do this, we've begun using Planhat as a repository of how-to documentation and videos.  It is very quickly become our central hub. My CSMs go to Planhat first and then link out to Salesforce or other tools from their customer page vs. the other way around.

It helps give an overview, makes it more efficient to follow up clients and projects. The design is modern and clean. The filters are very helpful in creating your own lists for client follow up or internal follow ups. The e-mail templates and tags are great for mass-sendouts. All in all a good tool to make your work day smoother and more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

My only issue is that it sometimes fails to update some information from other systems. For instance, it's linked with my Outlook and the e-mails to and from clients are shown in Planhat. But even though I have a meeting set up with the client a few days later and just e-mailed back and forth with them, the client still shows up in my list for 'Clients without events in the next 90 days' that need to be contacted.

As a CSM, I now spend most of my time in Planhat. I find it far superior to other solutions like Hubspot. The latest UI improvements are especially sleek, making the experience even better. Planhat excels at reporting and data management, allowing me to create customizable views focused on what matters most. I also appreciate the ability to set up portals for collaborating with customers, which has proven to be very useful. The automated workflows are invaluable for standardizing processes and staying on top of priorities. Additionally, the help centre is excellent.

The repeated delays in launching customer portals in the new Planhat have had a significant impact on us, which is disappointing. The timeline has been postponed several times. Additionally, formatting emails within Planhat is quite cumbersome, so I usually prefer to send them through Outlook instead.

What we like best about Planhat is how flexible and customisable it is. Being able to build tailored dashboards means we can easily visualise the metrics that matter most from customer health and adoption to renewals and expansion.

It’s also great that we can use it beyond traditional customer success, we’ve been able to adapt it for professional services, tracking project delivery, milestones, and client approvals all in one place.

The playbooks are another standout feature. They make it easy to standardise key processes like onboarding, renewals, and risk management, ensuring consistency across the team.

On top of that, the support from the Planhat Customer Success and Customer Support teams has been excellent, they’re always a pleasure to deal with and have helped us get the most out of the platform.

Overall it’s become the central hub for all our customer success operations, giving full visibility into the customer journey and helping us work far more proactively

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

If I had to pick something, I’d say setting up custom fields and configurations in the Data Centre comes with a bit of a learning curve , but with the guidance and support of our CSM, we were easily able to learn it. Once you get the hang of it, it’s very powerful.

To be honest, it’s difficult to find any real negatives, which is part of the reason we chose Planhat in the first place. It just does what we need it to do, and does it really well.

I find Planhat's interface very intuitive and user-friendly, which allowed me to quickly get up to speed after joining my colleagues. Planhat is an excellent solution for managing our customers with our CSMs using it on a daily basis. Its integration with Salesforce, Gong, Intercom, and our own tool provides our customer success team with everything they need throughout the entire customer journey, all in one platform. The tool is highly customizable, allowing us to track the specific information we require and highlight the key fields we want our CSMs to easily access. With the new user interface, the dashboard and reporting features are outstanding and deliver exactly what we need to present to leadership.

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

The new UI is impressive, and we are currently in the process of transitioning to it completely. One aspect that could be improved is the customer portals, which are intended to provide a collaborative environment for both our team and our customers. Initially, we found these portals to be lacking in flexibility, which led us to adopt a different tool to meet our needs in this area.

In the past, our CSMs relied on multiple different tools to assist their customers, which made the process fragmented and quite inefficient. - Some features feel geared more toward high-volume/low-touch models than enterprise
- While the health scoring model is strong, it’s hard to see trends or reasons for changes - most of the reporting feels like a snapshot vs. showing detailed trends over time
- Reporting and dashboards have quirks, though hopefully some of this is resolved in the new UI
- The email template tool is limited and a little glitchy
- The UI can be a bit overwhelming, leading to some internal adoption resistance

Planhat helps us centralize all of our customer data so we can track customer health, usage, and engagement in one place and then automate follow-ups or workflows based on that data. It’s given us better visibility into our customers, improved our ability to scale processes, and made reporting more consistent. It’s also helped us move from being reactive to more proactive in managing accounts.

**What do you like best about Planhat?**

Planhat is highly accessible and user-friendly. The flexibility offered by the data module, along with the convenience of inline editing, makes managing and viewing data much simpler. Additionally, the automations are both intuitive and robust.

It’s difficult to find any real drawbacks. While the extensive selection of filters and reports might feel a bit overwhelming for everyday CSMs, the recent modern UI overhaul has addressed this concern effectively.

Planhat provides us with a comprehensive 360-degree perspective on our customers by consolidating data from various parts of our tech stack and highlighting the most crucial information. Everything is available within a single, user-friendly platform that anyone who needs access can easily use.

If you want a very deep usage of Planhat, you need some time to configure it properly but I think this is pretty normal to be able to satisfy very specific requests we have sometimes

It helps us to order customer according to many criteria. This way we can see which customers in the worst for each criteria and try to fix it !
It allows us to create and send reports about Healthscore, NPS, churn, etc ...
It allows us to create and send NPS surveys.

I love using Planhat to streamline and improve efficiencies across our customer success experience. It helps us better track account health, which is vital for understanding customer engagement, usage, and retention trends. The setup and integration process was seamless, supported by consistent, personalized training and responsive customer service. Planhat also makes it easy to organize and capture customer feedback and meeting documentation, enhancing how we manage customer interactions. **What do you like best about Planhat?**

Implementation was a relative breeze and the team we worked with really cared about getting us set up for success. Planhat itself is pretty intuitive and my CS team has taken to it easily. On the backend, the integration with Salesforce is robust. And the Customer Support team is absolutely incredible.

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

Not much. The learning curve for setting up workflows and automation was a little steeper than I expected, but not overall difficult.

**What problems is Planhat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Revenue reporting was difficult for us between home brewed systems and Salesforce. Planhat has revolutionized the way we report on revenue. It's also really streamlined the day to day for our CS team.

I like that Planhat provides a space to efficiently track processes and set up automatic sequences for customer tasks and emails. I appreciate the portal, workflows, and sequences functionalities, which enhance the user experience. The regular improvements and ease of use of the system stand out for me.

When clicking into the customer account, I find it challenging because there's a lot of tabs shown at the top. This can be overwhelming, and I believe simplifying or limiting the data displayed would make the system easier to use.

I love that Planhat is so easy to implement from an admin perspective. It didn't take me long to understand how it works, and I was able to set it up for my team without much support. I also appreciate the workflow and sequencing features, as well as the ability to send emails on behalf of other team members, which are invaluable to my team's daily operations.

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

I find the multitude of filters in Planhat extremely inconvenient. After two years of using the system, we have accumulated so many filters that it has become very confusing for the team to discern which one is the correct filter to use. This plethora of filters is overwhelming and disorganized, which hinders efficiency.

I use Planhat to efficiently reach out to many customers, ensuring the team focuses on meaningful client interactions rather than overwhelming tasks.

We all know that platforms that try to do it all, don't really work for your needs. Planhat does it differently, their focus is to manage your accounts for success. The tool integrates where needed but allows you as a Client Success employee to focus on your day to day.

I'd love a possibility to combine pages/dashboards per client. you're limited to choosing one, but having a combination would be great. This is a nice to have, not a must have.

With planhat, we're able to equip our CS team with all of the information they need in their day-to-day. Implementation was straightforward, even though it took some extra effort on our part because of the way we had set up our licenses in our CRM (hubspot). Integrations are easy to manage and work well. Our CSM, Technical Account Manager, and the support team are all very responsive. Overall, I'm happy with the tool. It's easy to use and easy to admin.

Activities and end-users are occasionally logged to the wrong companies.

It's easy to create workflows and visualize the data you collect from your various systems. There are a lot of tools for making customer interactions more efficient, as well as for monitoring onboarding processes and other tasks.

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

The new UI still has a few minor bugs, and in most cases, I need to refresh the page to see any changes. This means the user interface could definitely be improved. As for integrations, they function well if your systems are widely used, but if you rely on more niche systems, you may find yourself needing to create quite a few custom integrations.

**What problems is Planhat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having all our customers' information and statuses consolidated in one place has been incredibly helpful. It allows us to track customer interactions more effectively and makes our processes more efficient by automating tasks that were previously manual.

**What do you like best about Planhat?**

The level of flexibility the system allows us is amazing - we can really tailor the platform to our needs and use it to measure our KPIs, team tasks, and our customers' performance. As a manager, I use the platform daily to review my team's performance, and I find it very easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

It took a while to get used to the platform. I wasn't part of the implementation team, as this was done by the CS operations manager, but getting used to the platform was a bit hard. In addition, there are a few things that are still on our wishlist and we can't get them just right, but I trust the company to develop them in the future.

**What problems is Planhat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing our customers' portfolio in terms of risks, new upsell opportunities, renewals, expansions, and business reviews.
