**What do you like best about Planhat?**

It's easy to create workflows and visualize the data you collect from your various systems. There are a lot of tools for making customer interactions more efficient, as well as for monitoring onboarding processes and other tasks.

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

The new UI still has a few minor bugs, and in most cases, I need to refresh the page to see any changes. This means the user interface could definitely be improved. As for integrations, they function well if your systems are widely used, but if you rely on more niche systems, you may find yourself needing to create quite a few custom integrations.

**What problems is Planhat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having all our customers' information and statuses consolidated in one place has been incredibly helpful. It allows us to track customer interactions more effectively and makes our processes more efficient by automating tasks that were previously manual.

**What do you like best about Planhat?**

The level of flexibility the system allows us is amazing - we can really tailor the platform to our needs and use it to measure our KPIs, team tasks, and our customers' performance. As a manager, I use the platform daily to review my team's performance, and I find it very easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

It took a while to get used to the platform. I wasn't part of the implementation team, as this was done by the CS operations manager, but getting used to the platform was a bit hard. In addition, there are a few things that are still on our wishlist and we can't get them just right, but I trust the company to develop them in the future.

**What problems is Planhat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing our customers' portfolio in terms of risks, new upsell opportunities, renewals, expansions, and business reviews.

**What do you like best about Planhat?**

Workflows are perhaps the most used feature. Ability to create views to a data object helps to understand the data.

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

The data model is the most bizarre one I have faced, ever. You cannot link data from other data objects to another without some weird data structure manipulation. Data objects are separate animals in the silos. The user interface is not logical, or is applying a lot of logic that is not common from other applications. That makes tool to difficult to use. The documentation is basically useless, not only from content point of view, but also because it is referring to old UI (Planhat has released a new UI at some point). The documentation style and tone of voice is weird for application reference documentation. It is hard distill out the facts you would need to have to be able to do something. There are features that documentation does not talk about, which would be useful for the users to learn to use.

The workflow management and customer account status. Workflow management works pretty well.

Great customer success team. Very flexible so able to mould it to how we need to use it. Gives us good visibility on our revenue data. Powerful platform to take action on our data

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

Find the new structure to be confusing. AI capabilities are improving but seem to be lagging in the market

**What problems is Planhat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Drives our renewals process and helps us forecast churn and expansion, giving us visibility into our current and projected NRR. Allows us to track and monitor customer interactions. Drives our account planning process with automations relating to SPICED documentation. Automates low value touch points relating to our customer lifecycle (such as renewal reminders). ALlows us to document, monitor and report on churn reasons. Give us the ability to score customer health and understand churn risk (although this is quite manual)

**What do you like best about Planhat?**

The interface is straightforward and user-friendly, making navigation simple. Complex data is efficiently processed and presented in a way that is visually easy to understand. Workflows simplify the process of applying treatments, streamlining tasks. The product can be operated and managed without the need for dedicated resources or developers, which adds to its accessibility. Additionally, integration with various platforms ensures that relevant data is easily obtained and kept up to date.
The product is very easy to implement.

Tech support could be improved, as the support team often takes a long time to respond.

**What problems is Planhat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PlanHat allows us to view all communications and product usage in one place, making it easier to understand each account in a detailed and unbiased way.

**What do you like best about Planhat?**

Planhat is a great platform that has a lot of flexibility when it comes to building out integrations and customizing workflows. We've been able to centralize our data to make better decisions and work more proactively and are looking forward to getting more and more out of the features. My CSM team uses it every day and customer portals help keep what is important front and centre. Reporting and dashboards make access to critical data a breeze compared to previously. Their support team is a cut above the rest as someone with a lot of experience interacting with support in other tools - responsive, easy to work with and dependable.

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

You'll need a CS Ops resource to get the most out of it. Old UI can be a bit click heavy but this has been addressed with the newer UI being rolled out.

**What problems is Planhat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Planhat workflows were all managed through spreadsheets. Access to data and reporting was a nightmare and often took hours and hours to stitch basic monthly and quarterly reporting together. NPS was totally unreliable with bad response rates. CSM needed to use their judgement when it came to what was important for an account and much of the knowledge was institutional and in their heads. Health scores we had tried and failed many times. Visibility on customer health was a best guess and monitoring product usage was extremely time consuming and manual. Planhat has helped us solve all of these.

Having clear visibility of all my customer data. Being able to create reports and views to view it all.

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

We implemented at a time when the UI was updated, so that's the only thing I'm struggling with at the minute, just getting used to swapping to the new! But this is just a timing issue for us.

**What problems is Planhat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planhat is solving how we monitor customer usage, and helping us score the health of customers. Before planhat it was all done manually per customer. Now we have a better view overall of how we're doing as a business.

**What do you like best about Planhat?**

I appreciate Planhat's extended services, which were not available in other vendors I considered. It has significantly streamlined our customer onboarding process by eliminating the need for Excel sheets and numerous emails. This has enabled everyone on the team to clearly understand the stages of customer onboarding, and know precisely what the next steps are. I also find the automated emails to be the most beneficial feature, as they enhance our operations by ensuring effective communication without the need for manual intervention. These features have made using Planhat a great experience so far, contributing to more efficient and organized customer management.

**What do you like best about Planhat?**

Planhat is an extremely powerful tool that has changed how we manage our customers and dynamically measure customer health. Our CSM proactively reaches out to provide information about new features that I'd be interested in. When I have any issues configuring elements of the tool, the customer support team has also been fantastic. I'm in the product daily. The product has been easy to use, once configured, and I can quickly find the information about our customers that I'm looking for.

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

The onboarding time to integrate data and create initial dashboards took longer than expected.

**What problems is Planhat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planhat is helping me spot potential issues with our customers earlier. With dynamic dashboards that integrate data from our primary data sources (CRM, call recordings, ticketing system), I can see quickly why a customer may/may not be healthy.

This tool provides a consolidated view of all clients, regardless of their stage in the lifecycle or their region. It has helped our team focus more effectively on important areas and streamline communication with all customers. Additionally, the support team is both responsive and dependable when it comes to following up on any queries or issues we encounter.

The onboarding process requires a significant time investment, but this is necessary to fully realize the value of the solution. There are numerous features available, many of which we have not started using yet, and the platform has the potential to address most of our clients' use cases.

At first, it can feel overwhelming due to the sheer amount of data. However, once you get the hang of it, navigating and finding what you need becomes straightforward and easy.

Previously, my data was spread across several different platforms, making it difficult to manage and access everything efficiently. Planhat has helped by consolidating all this information in one place, making it much easier to keep track of everything.

Planhat has become a real asset for our organization. The support from our CS Manager, Irma, is very good: she is always available, responsive, and knows how to guide us to make the most of the platform. We are also eager to discover the new AI-based features announced, which promise to make the platform even more powerful and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

Getting started and adding data are not necessarily the simplest tasks, but the support is excellent. Moreover, the documentation and videos allow for skill development independently.

**What problems is Planhat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

On a daily basis, Planhat saves us time and helps us focus on what really matters: building trust with our clients, promoting adoption, and generating strategic impact. The whole team loves using it.

It was easy to start getting value early. We started without much of a technical team on our end and were able to get going quiet quickly.

It could be easier to add to Copilot. Email formatting could be better.

It's helping me manage my customers more effectively by consolidating data from multiple systems into one central location. It also enables me to run playbooks and follow structured processes, freeing up time to focus on other priorities rather than having to plan for every client scenario from scratch each time.

In the new version, we are seeing that there are some functionalities or options that do not follow the same criteria on different pages, but it is something we know Planhat is working on.

Powerful, but it requires careful setup from the start. Fortunately, the Planhat CS team is always there to come to the rescue! 🙂

**What do you like best about Planhat?**

Easy to use. Having all data in one place has been very useful, as well as the ability to track and log activities with customers and to implement automations

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

The integration with Salesforce works well but we have not been able to synchronize all the data we would have liked because of some integration limitations and our complex structure in Salesforce. 
Some functionalities like the calculated metrics are not very intuitive, but the support team is always available to help.

Tracking all touch points with customers, integrating best practices and processes through automation and workflows, implementing a health score, sharing information and resources with the customer through the customer portal, centralizing all relevant information for each member of the team

**What do you like best about Planhat?**

The ability to have a deeper (and real time) understanding of what is happening with our customers and their usage of our tool, how much we are interacting with them and where we need to make improvements. I like the 360 overview of each account and all the details one can add to highlight important information. The fact that individuals and teams can select and adjust the data the data that's relevant for them. Overall just really having a single source of truth and not having to login to multiple tools to get the information we need. The customer teams (Customer Success and Support) are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

Often bugs take quite long to resolve and some logic (some sorting and visualisation logic) on the new Planhat don't make much sense and should be customisable.

**What problems is Planhat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping us have a better overview of the state of our customers to ultimately reduce churn and drive NRR.

**What do you like best about Planhat?**

The AI Support is top notch and it provides an easy way to gather insights across a portfolio.
Managing fields is doable but more complex implementation of fields can sometimes take a bit longer. We use Planhat day in day out.

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

It can be quite slow, buggy at times and more advanced automations require coding.
Integration with different sources went reasonably well. It is quite difficult to track sync though.

Client maintenance. Spending less time on admin tasks.

**What do you like best about Planhat?**

Planhat allows for a lot of customization - everything we have tried to set up so far has been possible (a scale CS motion, bulk emailing to PoCs, dashboards and overviews, automations).
Their onboarding is great, really helpful and proactive and quick to respond

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

I don't necessarily dislike this, but it is important to know that because you can do a lot with the product, you need to spend time getting to know the platform and understanding how it works. It takes a bit of time and effort which you shouldn't underestimate.

**What problems is Planhat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It takes away a lot of the manual work in CS - things I'd otherwise spend hours on are now done in mere minutes. That's very valuable.

Creating automations and sequences, also the ability to fast filter down to a specific user group. Also our CSM Jacob is great and should get a raise :)

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

I don't yet know all about it. Maybe a bit more colours in the UI.

**What problems is Planhat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to create a standard onboarding for all of our customers, big or small and therefore ensure that everyone gets the same experience. Having a automations also reduces the manual time that would otherwise be spent.

Planhat enables our global Success team to prioritize accounts, plan for renewals, address risk, and provide visibility to other parts of the business.  The CS team at Planhat is very engaging and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

Historical reporting is not very helpful once a customer has churned and becomes a past customer, making it difficult to analyze historical churn reasons and trends.

We are able to take a methodical, defined approach to create a consistent and best-in-class experience for our customers by using Planhat's solutions.

I'm not a big fan. I found it a bit messy and outdated system.

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

Dedicated Customer success platform are a nice to have but you can definitely build something similar into a well designed CRM

**What problems is Planhat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps measure success scores and is supposed to anticipate churn by using signals, but most of the time we end up just filling in information for upper management, and it doesn’t really benefit clients.

**What do you like best about Planhat?**

Additionally, there is a lack of functionality to display what has happened on an account over the last week, making it difficult to get a historical view without manually checking the dashboard. Also, I cannot automate alerts for behaviors that occurred in the previous week, which would be helpful to manage accounts more proactively.

The ease of use, customer support, and technical assistance alongside the Planhat learning portal have been incredible. Setting up the account from Planhat's side was very clean and easy - Planhat's API is brilliant.

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

Certain reports in the Customer Intelligence tab have a maximum number for reporting (for companies) which means I can't visualise my data fully through Planhat. This is very minor though!

Sometimes it can feel like there is an overwhelm with just how many features there are. We've been using Planhat for 2 years and realised that we hadn't been onboarded on tools that would have been really useful - although our experience was still great despite that.

Planhat allows our partners to see their account usage in real team. It also allows us to seamlessly interact with our partners in a centralised and standardised way. Internally, we are able to track conversations, health, renewal updates, usage & data. Now we can now store our account & success plans in one place along with our updates and CRM.

It can take quite a while to reach a real person through support. While the staff are knowledgeable and helpful once you get through, the process is often slow. Sometimes, the bot takes too long to respond, and then there is an additional wait before you can speak with an actual person. I wish the help could be more immediate.

It gives our firm a comprehensive perspective on each client's relationship with us.
