**What do you like best about Planhat?**

Able to easily see ARR, renewal dates, etc on a dashboard and ability to customize filters

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

Reporting.  I would like the ability to configure my data feed on hard dates instead of 30 day rolling average. However, I have seen enhancements go in over the last few years that has made reporting more robust

**What problems is Planhat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Central point where CSMs have information in one place (this will be enhanced with additional integrations we are planning).   The ability to catch-up quickly on an account as communication is synced into our plan hat accounts and metrics are also fed into plan hat.

**What do you like best about Planhat?**

You can manage the entire post-sales process, from onboarding projects to adoption, upsell/renewal, NPS, and client collaboration in the portal, as well as build templates for sequences, slide decks, etc. 
It also offers a lot of flexibility in terms of set up, and allows you to build AI agents on top of the system, ultimately giving you the choice on provider and model.
Fantastic support across the board, from our Customer Success Manager, our Technical Account Manager, to the Support Team, as well as Leadership for more strategic sparring sessions.

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

Implementation can be fast depending on what you need, but the flexibility also quickly adds complexity, and there are so many possibilities it can be daunting. 
I would also like to see more prebuilt AI agent capabilities, although it's great we can build our own. 
Our Onboarding team would like to see more robust project management features, especially GANTT charts.
There are also some odd bugs, but to be fair, nothing that breaks the experience or becomes a blocker.

**What problems is Planhat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We now have all our data in our place, which is helping us optimize our processes across Onboarding and Success teams. It's given us clear visibility into what is going with our clients, whether they are healthy, and helped us automate a lot of processes via AI Agents or its workflow/automation capabilities.

The color coding makes it easy to view and navigate within my account set.

The search bar on the left side is quite difficult to read, and some of the filters become nested, making them hard to find.

Planhat helps me stay organized. With its single-pane view, I can easily get a comprehensive understanding of all my Accounts.

The responsiveness of our Customer Success Manager, Irma, and the Support team has been fantastic. They're always on hand to respond to our questions and help us to learn the product as best we can.

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

The new updates they are bringing have been largely great but there are a few areas that could still be improved. Overall a strong product!

**What problems is Planhat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to have Customer Success and Implementation/Onboarding is really valuable. The updates to the Planhat customer portals have been good but still require a bit of refinement in my opinion. 
The workflows are also very helpful for us.

**What do you like best about Planhat?**

Planhat has helped us gain visibility and supports our CS processes to more efficiently support our customers and evaluate risk. The platform has been fairly simple to configure and integrate with other systems once we defined our business processes. The Planhat team is very accessible and has provided us with excellent support over the years we have been a customer.

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

There are some dashboards and insights we currently manage by exporting data and further analyzing in Excel. We are in the process of moving to the latest UI with enhanced dashboard capabilities that should help us do more in the app, which we are looking forward to.

**What problems is Planhat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planhat has helped solve the problem of dispersed resources and lack of visibility for our CS org. It has helped support our business processes for onboarding, CSM workflows, renewals, and other functions.

I really appreciate how powerful and flexible planhat is. It’s simple to adapt it to your specific needs, and you don’t need developers to handle customization or automation.

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

The release of the new version was somewhat clumsy, but their support team responded well and genuinely listens to user feedback. Although there was some short-term inconvenience during the rollout, it is resulting in long-term benefits, such as a more intuitive interface and improved functionality.

It's helping us have a more structured and efficient approach to managing our customers and the work associated with managing their accounts.

The support and customer service organization internally is solid, and the connection to the product and CRM is good. The new UI is much better. Implementation was simple and its straightforward to use.

Adapting it to align with our unique workflows and business requirements can be quite challenging. The presence of multiple hierarchies and revenue schedules at various levels adds to the complexity.

We use this to manage our CSM's daily activities, including tracking customer health scores and the factors that contribute to them. This approach has led to positive outcomes and greater success.

Planhat is great but it would be helpful if it had more built out templates for CSMs - ie templates for workflows etc.

**What do you like best about Planhat?**

Planhat is extremely flexible. When stakeholders have ideas about how to tweak a process, automate something, or view their data, I can almost always accomplish their goals relatively quickly with Planhat. I'm always saying "Planhat can probably do that" and it pretty much always can. With that flexibility comes great customer support, user certifications, help articles, and more to allow me to take action without hopping on a call with anyone from their team.

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

Not much! There are occasional bugs like any software.

**What problems is Planhat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planhat solves so many problems, but at the core of all of it, it saves us so much time when it comes to knowing a customer. That allows us build better relationships, proactively help customers achieve their goals, and stay organized without loads of admin work.

Clean and sleek view of all data organized to give meaningful insights. Analytics, automation, churn risk prediction using different metrics topped with excellent customer support - PH customer support team is top-notch. They are knowledgeable, responsive, and always willing to help.

Nothing as of now. Loving all the features they have to offer.

We chose Planhat because it was the more flexible in terms of functionality and what could be done with it. The team has been reactive and helpful to help us implement it quickly.

As there are a lot of features, it's easy to be quite lost at the beginning, especially during the set up phase.

We had been using CRMs but found it wasn't specific enough to CSM needs because it wasn't made to track usage and health of our clients, Planhat is helping us track that a lot better.

**What do you like best about Planhat?**

Planhat gives me a clear overview of our customer portfolio and we can tailor dashboards, customer overviews, metrics, playbooks etc. to fit our specific business needs. I especially value being able to track the full history of each account, which supports better context and decision-making. The platform’s flexibility means it can adapt as our processes evolve to proactively drive customer success.

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

The flexibility that makes Planhat so powerful can also make it complex to set up and manage. Our implementation process was lengthy and required significant involvement from our Sales Operations team. We also haven’t fully unlocked some of its smarter capabilities yet, so there’s untapped potential that we’re still working toward.

**What problems is Planhat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Planhat in our Customer Success team to monitor and improve customer health, which directly supports our goal of increasing Net Revenue Retention (NRR). By consolidating key account data, interaction history, and health metrics in one place, it helps us identify at-risk customers earlier, take proactive action, and uncover opportunities for expansion. This enables us to work more strategically, strengthen relationships, and drive long-term growth.

The customizability of the metrics displays, workflow creation, sequencing, and surveying allows for an all-in-one software for CSMs.

Highly manual and a bit tedious process in the initial data upload. Moving between the old UI and new UI for NPS surveys is a bit of a drag.

Planhat offers several integrations, through APIs and other means, that can be created very easily.

I really like the number of features, and it is very easy to use. I usually have a large number of tasks every day, and it automates many things I did manually in the past.

I have experienced many issues with integrating Planhat with other software suites. I believe this could be easier.

Any lack of clarity in a help center article is more than resolved by reaching out to their superior level Support Team.

The possibility to make a lot of data insight. And to act to that data instead of reaching out blind to your customers.

I have to learn to think about how the system works. That's something that will develop over time, but I'm already getting the hang of it. :)

When I click on "actions" sometimes it opens "today", but a lot of times "all activities" and that is a bit annoying.
And I'm trying to find a solution to measure all the customers I and my colleagues onboarded to fill in our KPI and that's not working at the moment.

- when I make an appointment in PH it's not really user-friendly if you add time to the appointment. A lot of clicking. 
 - If possible make a favorite time (for example 0:45 min per onboarding call).

What I like the most about Planhat is that everything's placed in the right spot for me to understand and have a good reminder of what I need to do in my daily activities. 
Everything's clear, everything looks good and everything is really easy to understand with such a good-looking dashboard as Planhat's.

I think what I dislike the most is not having permission of making some changes that would help me even more in my experience using the platform, but I guess that's not related to planhat itself but more related to the person and permissions given from my organization's manager.

By far the problem that planhat helped solving for us since the beginning is having all the information and data from our customers in just one place. That's really making our life easier for when  we try to reach out to a customer in time for their renewal or just having a look to the data when forecasting.

We came to Planhat from a competitor and are not regretting our choice: 

- Their API is very complete and allows a lot of flexibility in building your own integration
- The Account 360 is really helpful for everyone on the team to understand what's been going on for a specific account
- The customer intelligence / health score / dashboards are intuitive and easy to build

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

Nothing major—mostly compounding paper cuts:

- The Snowflake integration could be more flexible
- The UX differs between different features, leading to an uneven experience
- A few unexpected quirks here and there
- Lack of cohesive product vision that seems to be on its way of being improved
- The filter Apply/Set for filter is very confusing and I can't believe it hasn't been addressed after 2 years

I love the new and improved UI / UX interface.  It compels you to lean in and explore your valuable data insights and I find that Planhat is best at taking every single data point and making it readily available and valuable.  We can measure our impact, growth, performance and more with the available data points.  It excels in how is presents the data and makes it readily available with reporting and dashboards that are easy to use and understand.

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

Since the latest UX / UI updates, I feel that the workflows are easier to use and its less "overwhelming".  Its all usable data but sometimes it can just be challenging to give all of the data a spot for action.

**What problems is Planhat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planhat is our single source of truth for all client data.  Our integration into Hubspot, plus our data coming from our product makes this an invaluable source for aggregate and actionable data for each customer.  It has streamlined the work our CSM's are doing internally for reporting and day to day tasks.

There appears to be a lot of innovation and product development happening over at Planhat - particularly leveraging AI capabilities. This is supported by a strong customer success team and enablement approach. We can also access and use it frequently.

The dashboards and pages can look a bit clunky and aren't exactly the most lovely looking. It's not entirely non-code either, so requires a bit of technical knowledge and effort .

Displaying customer metrics data in dashboards. 
Workflow management is made easier. 
It's also a useful centralized place for various workstreams, which would otherwise be spread across google docs and excel spreadsheets.

I really love how the platform can pull in tons of information. I love being able to score and organize all my accounts as well as being an account manager. The ability to filter through different information is a great way to build out lists and organize accounts.

I wouldn't consider it a dislike, but it is a difficult learning curve. My biggest pain point is that when I go to my "workflows". I don't have a way to add custom columns for simple things like "Notes." All information has to be a preset field in the company accounts.

Planhat is tracking and visualizing data in terms of usage and moving from one playbook to another. Beforehand we were just manually adjusting or keeping a record of all of this data. This is the company's first CRM.
