What do you like best about Planhat?

Tracking data never looked so good! The amount of data that can be tracked is amazing. At the same time, the option to build fully customisable dashboards to keep a clear overview is extremely helpful.

Apart from data, we keep track of all our customer conversations, agreements, customer goals and much, much more.

What do you dislike about Planhat?

The data is really dependend on what you feed. If there's a discrepency, it does take some manual work to adjust it and set it right. Contract date vs Renewal date is also a little confusing, but this should be able to be fixed from our own end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Planhat solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Planhat?

The platform is flexible enough to be able to orchestrate very targeted customer interactions ... not just customer success (onboarding, adoption etc.) but also post-sale customer engagement for growth (cross-sell and upsell). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Planhat?

Planhat is still evolving as a company and as a result are a bit behind other vendors in terms of sophistication of functions that extend beyond the core platform (e.g., marketing, thought leadership, events, etc.). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Planhat solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using Planhat to scale out our post-sale customer care & feeding activity, in particular. We do not have adequate resources to provide dedicated support based on the large number of customers we have. Planhat allows us to extend consistent support to customers after the sale (onboarding, adoption etc.) and also allows us to instrument customer marketing plays (e.g., peripheral offers based on existing customer assets owned and usage data). What I like best about Planhat is its extensive range of integrations, which brings everything together in one platform. While Planhat offers many unique and amazing features, some have limitations that leave room for improvement. The people and the product.

People working in the org are very helpful and are up for help anytime. Doa, Nicholas, and Sabrina make a dream team for any company.

It takes some time to educate yourself about all the data handling capabilities. The solution is probably underutilized in that respect.

What do you like best about Planhat?

We saw a very quick time to value. It was very easy to bring all our customer data into Planhat from SFDC. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Planhat?

We would love to have additional questions embedded in the NPS module, or at least a solution that allows us to create other types of surveys from PH.

What do you like best about Planhat?

Being able to easily filter my client lists in so many different ways makes it a tool our entire organization has been able to utilize, not just Client Success. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's difficult to learn the formulas and nuances of some of the screens, however, our CSM has made this 'dislike' a very small problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We were tracking Clint data via excel and Hubspot, which really means, we were not tracking client data. It is benefiting me in that I am now able to do my job: properly onboard, focus on retention and renewals, identify whitespace opportunities, help others within our organization analyze how our clients are using our products and overall health, and report to C-Suite with confidence. What do you like best about Planhat?

How customisable the platform is, their customer support is second to none and their CSM - Eric is very good at his job, super helpful and their customer service is on point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Planhat?

Not been using Planhat for that long so cannot say I've noticed any downside to it just yet - the onboarding and moulding of data takes long, but I wouldn't really say that's a downside because they're very thorough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
