Customization: Planhat provides endless customization options, allowing teams to create workflows, dashboards, and reporting tailored specifically to their goals and metrics.

What do you like best about Planhat?

For me it was really easy to configure and start using Planhat. They recommend 2 months of onboarding and setting up the platform, but since we had a previous platform, we're able to integrate everything and start using in one month only.

It has everything we need, and it's very customizable. It's being a great experience in daily usage, and I'm having a great experience with Tyler (who helped us setting up everything) and with Sabrina (our CS). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Planhat?

I find that the customizability of reports, workflows, and sequences really helpful to my workflow. As a Customer Success Manager, I'm in meetings for 3-4 hours a day, and to know what is happening and when it is happening is key to my success. What do you dislike about Planhat?

I find the emails that are sent from Planhat difficult to use. The formatting is challenging and it never looks like it does in my inherent Gmail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Planhat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Daily, Planhat helps me organize my day, and also organize tasks for clients. Beyond that, it remains our single source of truth for revenue and invoicing, customer conversations and much more.

Additionally, our team didn't have great insights into the ideal customer journey, with many word documents, templates, and notion articles to source 'what do I need to do with my customer next?'

Planhat solves that with their workflows and sequences, and allows Customer Success Managers like me to easily know what the next step is at any point in the client process. What do you like best about Planhat?

The data structures are generally flexible and allow you to integrate data from various sources and formats, even where native integrations do not exist

I generally disagree with comments that the UI is not intuitive - it takes a week or two to get used to, but I find it generally easy to operate. There are some opportunities for the UI to be intuitive but I also know that a new UI is coing up any time now

The depth and breadth of functionality is frankly very strong - it is rarely about whether Planhat can do something and a lot more about when YOU'll get the time to set it up

The Support team are quick and knowledgeable - they solve a good amount of my problems directly in the app via chat

What do you dislike about Planhat?

Data structures are flexible BUT they tend to over-rely on timeseries data. You are unable to compare changes and differences between specific points of time (e.g. compare SUM of X in March23 to SUm of X in March 22) - everything depends on a calculation from today. As a business that operates in a very seasonal industry, this is a challenge for us - we have had to rely on workarounds to achieve some of our use cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Planhat?

Planhat offers you a variety of different filters/views to visualise your customer data and build automations for internal teams. You can build pretty much any automation you need, I strongly recommend to take the Certifications that are offered, as well as make use of the Help documents and of the amazing and kind support team!

What do you dislike about Planhat?

I wouldn't necessarily say dislike, it can take a while to understand all the capabilities of the tool because they are a bit complex (how you build your data models and how they can interact with one another).

Planhat helps us to have a place where we can control and update all of the relevant customer data and all the data that we want to action in some way.

What do you like best about Planhat?

Planhat gives the right level of data modelling features, there is enough scope for customisation to suite particular business needs, however not so much customisation that it is hard to implement or scale within an organisation.

The support team are incredible, on hand to answer any questions and response times vary, but typically within a couple of hours.

All customer data (from various sources) in a single place. Where all company can go and find out the latest. No longer does anyone ask... what is the latest with customer X - rather we direct them to Planhat, read the objectives and how are we tracking and ask an informed question on a particular objective or risk. What do you like best about Planhat?

All data in one place! The flexibility of Planhat allows us to organize and leverage all our data in new ways to improve insight and awareness of our customers, as well as automate processes, or at the very least make them faster and more efficient! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Planhat?

We have a unique business model where we work very closely within individual departments at our customers for key components. For this we leverage assets, but there is some workaround required in order to automate processes based on the asset level detail (currently a lot of the functionality is centered around just company data). Centralization of data and automation of processes - meaning we are better equipped to be proactive vs. reactive, and have increased capacity per CSM to manage accounts. What do you like best about Planhat?

Planhat gives our organization the ability to have one, unified space to conduct onboarding and adoption initiatives in a scaled and organized manner. The interface is user friendly, making it easy to navigate and customize according to our specific needs.
