**What do you like best about Planhat?**

- 360° view of our clients – A huge time saver, giving us instant access to key data
- Agility, autonomy, and guidance – Planhat covers 99% of our needs. The admin interface is simple enough that we never need a developer’s help. For more complex use cases, we either find a workaround or get instant guidance from their team
- Ability to manage all our client tiers with this CSP (from tech to high touch)
- Powerful automation and alerting – Keeping us proactive and efficient
- It really helps us forecast risks, set action plans, and track opportunities with precision.
- Smooth user experience – The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, making adoption effortless for both admins and occasional users. Indeed Leadership, Customer Support, Product, and other teams can easily access client insights without being daily users 
- Responsive and supportive customer service – Whenever we need assistance, the support team is quick to respond and provides clear, actionable guidance.

- The Contacts (end users of your customers) management is quite difficult when you have Parent and Child accounts, very simple if you only have parent accounts 
- Portal looks pretty outdated
- The success plans unit is not suited for tech touch customers

Planhat helps us gain full visibility on our clients with a 360° view, ensuring data accuracy and seamless access for all teams. By automating processes, communications, alerts, it increases Customer Success efficiency, allowing us to be more proactive and strategic. Ultimately, it helps us be more value-driven in our client relationships, focusing on both risk mitigation and growth opportunities.

I've gotten used to the updated version of Planhat! It makes it very easy to centralize company information all in one place. We are slowly building out our company documentation that we used to house in notion.

To have the customer portal built in Planhat 2. That is the only functionality that is missing for us.

- Customer supports 1st answer on the chat, for complex question are often partially wrong. They could ask more questions if the request isn't clear enough for them before to answer.
- Some UI as admin are not convenient (manage all your automations, or all data fields), but I guess it will be improved on the new Planhat version coming soon!

**What problems is Planhat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What do you like best about Planhat?**

Planhat stands out for its intuitive and user-friendly interface, which makes it easy to visualize and manage customer success workflows. I really appreciate the customizable dashboards that allow my team to track KPIs and customer health scores in real-time. The platform's robust integration capabilities with tools like HubSpot and Salesforce streamline our processes and eliminate manual data entry. Overall, it has significantly improved our ability to retain customers and identify upselling opportunities.

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

While Planhat offers a great range of features, I believe its reporting capabilities could be more flexible. For example, creating custom reports can sometimes feel restrictive, and adding more advanced filtering options would make the platform even more powerful. Additionally, some integrations require extra setup time, which can slow down the onboarding process for new users. Modifyng the Overview page would be great.

Planhat helps us solve the challenge of consolidating customer data across multiple platforms, providing a single source of truth for our customer success team. Planhat has been a game-changer for our product support operations. The exceptional product support makes it easy to implement workflows for customer onboarding directly within the platform. The Customer Portals are invaluable for tracking onboarding objectives with customers, keeping everyone aligned. Its robust automation capabilities allow us to create a wide range of alerts based on real-time data, ensuring we never miss critical updates.

For customer success, Planhat excels in tracking renewals, licensing information, and providing timely alerts to stay ahead of potential risks. The reporting features are comprehensive, giving us deep insights into both customer health and team performance. It's an all-in-one solution that simplifies complex processes and enhances overall efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

While Planhat is a fantastic platform, there are a few areas for improvement. There's no native time tracking feature, which would be a helpful addition. The automation builder, while powerful, can sometimes be challenging to use as it requires familiarity with field naming conventions. Additionally, the inability to add a vanity link to customer portals limits some customization options. That said, I appreciate that the team is actively tracking these issues and appears committed to addressing them in the future.

Clean UX/UI, great functionality and potential, less clunky than Gainsight and easier to set up, less places to have to bounce between. GREAT support team.

It can be buggy, limitations of some charts, must know JSON to make metrics.

Great for bulk updates for accounts and I love the license structure and it's flexibility. Classic CRM for us.

Easy to use. It provides the details of the clients in a very user friendly way and intuitive. Point of click features and functionality is thebest thing available on the tool and adding users is super easy.

Seamless integration is not there. Had to create multiple fileds to get the right information on the tool.

Planhat is an outstanding product backed by one of the best teams in the industry. It's designed with the philosophy that managing a Customer Success Platform should be intuitive and not solely reliant on an admin to run. Planhat’s vision aligns perfectly with the market’s direction, focusing on building systems that empower entire organizations, not just individual teams. Dislike is a strong word—there’s nothing I truly dislike. As with any product, there are areas for improvement, but what I value about Planhat is their commitment to problem-solving. Planhat's usability, ease of customization, and seamless integration into our daily workflows has revolutionized our ability to scale and mature as a Customer Experience team.  The added implementation support and exceptional customer experience make a partnership with Planhat an easy decision.

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

There are some features, such as the Customer Portal, that have not yet reached their full functionality potential. I am eager for enhancements such as this one to be released as we have plans for how we want to utilize this feature that have been put on hold until the new release is live.

**What problems is Planhat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planhat is solving gaps in human resources and capacity, the scalability and maturity of internal operations, and the ability of customer success managers to have access to the data they need when they need it to be high impact players along the customer journey. By implementing Planhat, we have increased team efficiency (doubling portfolio capacity per CSM within the first 6 months). Additionally we have mitigated risks in the customer experience by integrating workflows within Planhat that ensure consistentcy and excellence in the customer experience that we provide across team memebers and customer touchpoints. Lastly, by imlementing Planhat, we have streamlined workflows; effectively freeing up CSM headspace from internal process focused to customer outcomes focused.  Our CSMs now have the capacity and mental space to engage in strategic thinking to deliver a return on investment and create a competitive advantage with our customers.

**What do you like best about Planhat?**

What stands out the most is that it has been relatively easy to get our company up and running on Planhat. Our implimentation been supported along the way by a very capable team of CSMs and TPMs. They respond quickly to emails and make themselves available for calls whenver needed. 

Integrating with Salesforce, and Slack was a breeze, and Jira took a little more troubleshooting but is working great now. Since we aren't charged per-user, we expect lots of cross team collaboration and ultimately Planhat should become a critical bridge between otherwise siloed systems.

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

Some integrations that were native to Gainsight are unsupported in Planhat will require a lot more work to get integrated. There are some helpful pre-built dashboards the require only a little configuration to get working, but pretty much everything else has to be developed manually. More pre-built templates for filters, dashboards, and even workflows would be super helpful. Also, a few times during our onboarding we've learned that certain features that we purchased hadn't been enabled yet, and I'm not sure why we had to ask to get those turned on.

Managing customer lifecycle from post sales through customer success. Consolidating otherwise siloed customer data. Measuring customer health and tracking outcomes. Automating routine jobs. Analyzing customer data using dashboards.

Planhat is helping us identify risk much earlier. With Planhat, we have been able to determine that customers who are identified as at risk 4 months or less prior to their renewal are most likely to churn and have very little room to save. This finding has redirected us in how we think about risk and churn, how we manage it, and what steps we take to manage a customer's risk. Planhat has also helped us refine and improve our SaaS migration process through the use of workflows and dashboards for data integrity. This has helped improve alignment across the business and improve communication across teams. Planhat has been crucial in helping us manage our data. With the flexibility and great support from the team, we have been able to utilize Planhat for various integrations and data analytics when other tools have not had the capacity or capability. As a business, it has expanded our data capabilities and helped streamline and maintain our data integrity.

- Limited widgets and tools for expanding on visualization
- A somewhat difficult data model to reference different choice of metrices  it in different widgets, limiting the ability to customize and visualize.
- Some limiations in terms how sales metrics or numbers for each stage in the opportunities could be totalled and shown on top for each stage and commulative volume or sales etc. This is very helpful feature to have a quick glance at high level for management meetings and discussions
- It would also be great if there could be more AI generated insights or suggested metrics based on the data which is being populated.I think could be really beneficial and quick for business owners in brainstorming.

Its helping to culminate the services efforts required with the total output generated in terms of sales or revnue and helps in recording and racking all information on a single platform as the company central data management tool.

The team behind the software. Every member of the the implementation team (in particular, Eric, Moa, Lauren, Andre and Bethany were superb. No question was too stupid to ask and for a complex setup like ours, they all were constantly looking to provide us the best solution that fit our technical and business needs.

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

Some core functionality missing or not working as expected, in particular mandatory fields. 

Whilst Planhat has an option to make fields mandatory, it doesn't explicitly make it so. It's possible to still edit and miss "mandatory" fields which causes then implications on data quality, along with issues in our Salesforce integration where a bi-directional sync would fail due to the missing data

**What problems is Planhat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Whilst we're yet to implement it, we can see how powerful the client portals will be, especially during onboarding. The ability to have projects and sequences setup, which compliment these portals, are really what we think will help us provide a smooth and consistent onboarding journey. 

Planhat has also brought some areas of data quality to the forefront where we've either been able to then further solidify processes or add automation to combat this. 

It's best feature and problem it solves though is that it brings all of our data sources together in one place. Integrating Salesforce, Gong, Intercom, our Data Lake into one area for our CSMs to use is really a game changer and will just continue to save the team time and stress.

**What do you like best about Planhat?**

Planhat helps us act on data (customer data centralized in one place) and scale our ways of working, especially within post-sales processes. By doing this we can offer better service towards our customers throughout the whole life cycle and make sure we act on the right customer at the right time. 

It is very user friendly and easy to get the hang of! We also get stellar help from the Planhat CSM team but there is also a lot of good self-learn material available.

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

There are some functionalities that can be develop further such as being able to chat with the customer within their customer portal. 

Also, there are some limitations in the Salesforce integration that requires you to adapt and built formula fields in Salesforce to get the data you want into Planhat.

**What problems is Planhat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us understand our customers and support them throughout the customer journey in a more scalable and data driven way maintaining a high service quality. 
That affects and helps us reach company critical KPIs such as Churn, NRR etc.

Data objects and connections are not logical
User experience is clunky
Filtering on dashboards is misleading
Disconnection of account, note and report

Creators/Writers of conversations & notes are not tracked automatically

Should help making data more accessible and workflows easier for CSMs, but CS support and general usability make that highly doubtful.

**What do you like best about Planhat?**

Planhat has genuinely enabled my entire team to level up their overall performance.  Not just is tool that has helped us visualize our customer profiles, but we have been able to create actionable insights based on all the data that we are ingesting and our CSMs are now able to have a proactive mindset instead of just putting out fires.  

Planhat's support is also top-tier.  The TAM, CSM, support staff have all been amazing and knowledgeable.  I get so much more than just "support" from Planhat - they have been a strategic partner who challenges me and helps me get better.

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

Dashboards are so valuable, but it would be great if Data Tables could be included in the Scheduled email feature - even if you add a limit to # of items.  This would help me immensly with my CEO and getting him timely reporting.

**What problems is Planhat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been unable to narrow down all of our complex contracts and licenses and get a good idea of when our renewal dates are, when to act etc.  Onboarding has also been improved via the customer portal

**What do you like best about Planhat?**

Some of my favorite things about Planhat are the workflows and how easy it is to collaborate with your clients on goals and to-do lists (love being able to assign a due date and checking things off). I am also a big fan of the Conversations feature so I can see how my teammates are replying to certain questions or get inspiration for how to approach certain subjects.

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

Sometimes the number of features can be overwhelming and it does take a few weeks to figure out what features are most relevant to you and how to best incorporate them into your day - but really this is a good problem to have as it seems like there is a feature for just about anything! 

Additionally, I have difficulty formatting some of the Portal Pages and formatting notes in the Acvitity Log. It would be great to get more formatting features added in (Color Coding etc).

**What problems is Planhat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solves the problem of having a centralized place to keep track of accounts and share it easily with leadership/other colleagues etc. 
Also solves the problem of having a hub of information for Clients to collaborate on as well.

We have a clear overview of what's happening at our customers right now. It helps us being proactive and be in contact with the customer on time.

There is a lot possible in Planhat. But because of that, It's not always very userfriendly.

We had a very high churn rate. Because of Planhat the curn rate is significant lower.

**What do you like best about Planhat?**

What I like best about Planhat is the general ease of use. Once you have data flowing, it is very easy as a novice to go in and start setting up filters, playbooks, templates etc. The SFDC integratation is also very easy to get setup and running. The Customer Success team has been wonderful, always helpful! The CS org loves using the platform and has adopted it well thus far - making their lives easier and more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

I find that sometimes the support responses to questions take a bit of back and forth to get a point across and addressed. I usually loop in our CSM who is able to address it or help move things along.

**What do you like best about Planhat?**

Our organization utilizes over 300 systems/platforms, and Planhat is, in my opinion, the best. As the title mentioned, Planhat is a great all-in-one platform for managing your book of business. I am able to send/receive emails, understand new opportunities, schedule needed tasks/activities, track MRR/ARR, understand my accounts' health, upload documents/attachments, and have visibility into customer contacts. As the Planhat team is truly collaborative in implementing requested personalization, there are many more benefits specific to my team and me.

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

My only complaint is the difficulty surrounding the formatting of emails. Bullet points can be difficult to implement, and copying & pasting from other sources can cause issues, as adjusting the font to match from different sources doesn't always work well.

In my previous role with ym cpmpany, I did not have access to Planhat and was relient on several systems/platforms for customer information and management. After moving to my current role in Customer Success and utilizing Planhat, I can safely say it has replaced nearly every system I was using prior to.

I like that we have multiple Go-To-Market teams plugged into the solution and everyone is invested in the success of our customers. The fact that we can automate repetitive tasks, such as sending out regular check-ins, onboarding emails, or renewal reminders, frees up our customer success teams for more hands-on touches to our strategic accounts.

Sometimes Planhat can be a bit daunting. Since it is such a robust solution there is so much you can do with the tool that you sometimes get a little overwhelmed and might not know where to start.

I don’t have any real dislikes about Planhat. For us, it’s been more about learning how to take advantage of the flexibility the platform gives. **What do you like best about Planhat?**

Our team was excited about getting Planhat and started adopting it for efficiency gains in logging meeting notes, managing tasks, and sending emails right away. The initial training took just a few hours and the team was off and running. There is of course a learning curve, but we have been very pleased with the level of engagement, feedback, and adoption we have seen from the team and they proactively share tips and tricks with each other as they discover them and put them into practice each week.
We are nearly six months out from our initial go-live and have a long list of efficiency gains in day-to-day tasks; improved tools, views, reporting, and processes to manage our books of business; and a Customer 360 View that we did not have before. We are looking forward to exploring additional functionality around Success Planning, Customer Portals, and automated triggers for expansion and risk alerts over the next few quarters.
It's not unusual to hear the question, "Can we do that in Planhat?" in almost every leadership or planning meeting, and often the answer is, "yes, we can!"

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

Many of our customers have multiple subscription agreements with different term dates, lengths, spend, and products. Planhat doesn't seem to manage this well, resulting in erroneous data around ARR, renewal dates, customer stage, and health. The GCalendar integration has also proven to be a bit challenging, with some updates overriding the activities in Planhat and others not, so we have had to rethink how we prep for meetings to ensure that the information isn't lost in the next update.
We often have to choose between filtering data at the account level or at the opportunity level, but cannot do both, and we need to be able to do both in the same filter view. We have also hit several snags trying to bring data in from SFDC because of limitations in what we can bring over and how it would show up in Planhat. Our CSM and TAM have been great about helping us to troubleshoot, but some things we just haven't been able to solve for.

Planhat is an excellent tool for team management, customer management and overall customer success processes. What I especially like is how I can integrate so many different tools in one place to get an holistic overview of our customer base and its well-being. Me and my team uses Planhat on a daily base. 

I've worked with Planhat for almost 10 years and have appreciated the collaboration throughout this time as well as recommended it to new customers to Planhat.

Smaller issues that can cause a lot of frustration such as: 
1. Integrations break - often detected way too late 
2. Overwhelming at times - I feel sometimes that Planhat should "settle" with CS processes and not go too broad in their offering. Too many nice-to-have while some need-to-have would require more attention from product development.

The people! The team at Planhat are helpful at every stage, often going much further than expected to help out with issues, some of which are on our end.

Support, when needed, have been very helpful. They give great suggestions and help with our issues in a timely manner.

The product for CSMs is really impressive, freeing up their time to care for our customers in the best manner they see fit. 

The development and roadmap is really exciting and I can't wait to see the improvements Planhat have on offer.

The ability to onboard our cross-functional team is also very exciting. Planhat will add great value to our services and TAM teams.

The tool integrates really well with all the big warehouses and systems, including Snowflake, Salesforce, and AWS.

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

The initial load on admins is heavy. Alongside a steep learning curve, particularly on admins, this hindered implementation in the early stages.

In the beginning we struggled to sync our large Snowflake database. This was due to data hygiene issues on our end and some technical details that Planhat hadn't quite worked out. The team swiftly fixed their issues and provided guidance to improve our data. 

Debugging of issues is much more difficult than it needs to be. Providing error logs would make the admin job much more straightforward.

Formula fields and automations remain a tad buggy and are limited on a few counts. The chaining of formula fields results in delayed data syncs. Basic 'OR' logic in filters isn't supported.

There is no native Unsubscribe option in Planhat's emails. This has resulted in us creating our own option, which has some flaws and may result in some missed users.

Automating workflows for our CSMs. 

Data visualisation is really straightforward, allowing us to focus in on poor data hygiene and make the necessary steps to improve this.

All the essential features a Client Success Manager needs are conveniently located in one place! I appreciate how user-friendly, customizable, and versatile it is for filtering and finding exactly what you need. Our biggest challenge was maintaining transparency about clients across the organization, and PlanHat resolved this seamlessly. Not only that, but it has become an indispensable tool used daily by our entire team. The implementation was quick, and we can always rely on our CSM for prompt support, whether through a call or a quick email response. Sometimes the logic is lacking behind key features, e.g. you cannot change the CSM owner of an account and have this new person applied to all workflows, it requires a manual task that is time-consuming.

Everything is in one place, you can manage the whole lifecycle of the customers, from onboarding to renewal and so forth.

Overall, Planhat is a fine product. It's easy to navigate and comes with a decent amount of customization options.

It's some what difficult to get data into the system. You need to structure datasets in very specific ways. Filtering options for data being brought in from Salesforce are limited. Filtering options for bringing in data from a datawarehouse are non-existent and must defined in your external model.

Planhat is giving our customer facing teams a central location to create Mutual Action Plans and set long term success criteria for each organization they support. It also is giving a centralized view of their Book of Business and the health of each account within it.

For me it was really easy to configure and start using Planhat. They recommend 2 months of onboarding and setting up the platform, but since we had a previous platform, we're able to integrate everything and start using in one month only. 
It has everything we need, and it's very customizable. It's being a great experience in daily usage, and I'm having a great experience with Tyler (who helped us setting up everything) and with Sabrina (our CS).

I find that the customizability of reports, workflows, and sequences really helpful to my workflow. As a Customer Success Manager, I'm in meetings for 3-4 hours a day, and to know what is happening and when it is happening is key to my success. Planhat makes it easy to digest, iterate, and share across teams exactly what is happening with the customer.

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

I find the emails that are sent from Planhat difficult to use. The formatting is challenging and it never looks like it does in my inherent Gmail.

**What problems is Planhat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Daily, Planhat helps me organize my day, and also organize tasks for clients. Beyond that, it remains our single source of truth for revenue and invoicing, customer conversations and much more.

Additionally, our team didn't have great insights into the ideal customer journey, with many word documents, templates, and notion articles to source 'what do I need to do with my customer next?'

Planhat solves that with their workflows and sequences, and allows Customer Success Managers like me to easily know what the next step is at any point in the client process. We're also leveraging Planhat for off track clients and alerting us of potential churn sooner rather than later.

The data structures are generally flexible and allow you to integrate data from various sources and formats, even where native integrations do not exist

I generally disagree with comments that the UI is not intuitive - it takes a week or two to get used to, but I find it generally easy to operate. There are some opportunities for the UI to be intuitive but I also know that a new UI is coing up any time now

The depth and breadth of functionality is frankly very strong - it is rarely about whether Planhat can do something and a lot more about when YOU'll get the time to set it up

The Support team are quick and knowledgeable - they solve a good amount of my problems directly in the app via chat

Our CSM and TAM are exceptional - we are a small business but feel we are as important as any of their customers

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

Data structures are flexible BUT they tend to over-rely on timeseries data. You are unable to compare changes and differences between specific points of time (e.g. compare SUM of X in March23 to SUm of X in March 22) - everything depends on a calculation from today. As a business that operates in a very seasonal industry, this is a challenge for us - we have had to rely on workarounds to achieve some of our use cases.

Planhat offers you a variety of different filters/views to visualise your customer data and build automations for internal teams. You can build pretty much any automation you need, I strongly recommend to take the Certifications that are offered, as well as make use of the Help documents and of the amazing and kind support team!
I use Planhat every day and I am very happy with the tool.

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

I wouldn't necessarily say dislike, it can take a while to understand all the capabilities of the tool because they are a bit complex (how you build your data models and how they can interact with one another).
Nothing really negative, but perhaps it would be nice to have a more guided/easier user joruney (especially at the beginning).

Planhat helps us to have a place where we can control and update all of the relevant customer data and all the data that we want to action in some way.

Planhat gives the right level of data modelling features, there is enough scope for customisation to suite particular business needs, however not so much customisation that it is hard to implement or scale within an organisation. 

The support team are incredible, on hand to answer any questions and response times vary, but typically within a couple of hours. 

Planhat is easy to integrate with SDFC and create bidirectional integrations, plus we can bring in other sources of data with ease.

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

There are minor UI settings which cannot be changed, which can create a slight frustratoin when trying to build out reporting or user views.

All customer data (from various sources) in a single place. Where all company can go and find out the latest. No longer does anyone ask... what is the latest with customer X - rather we direct them to Planhat, read the objectives and how are we tracking and ask an informed question on a particular objective or risk.

Planhat is giving us visibility into insights regarding our customer engagements and a platform to drive a consistent customer experience across business areas. Our CSM, TAM, and the Planhat Support team have been alongside us every step of the way providing recommendations and helping hands to ensure our success.

Like any product with functionality that can align to various business needs, part of the success depends on having internal team members dedicated to the implementation and beyond. Not a dislike of Planhat, but a reality to get the greatest value and adoption.

**What problems is Planhat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planhat gives our team the ability to execute on a new customer engagement model, identify customer risks, and use workflows to provide consistent experiences throughout the customer journey. Rather than a team figuring things out as they go, we have structure, consistency, and actions needed through Planhat.

**What do you like best about Planhat?**

Tracking data never looked so good! The amount of data that can be tracked is amazing. At the same time, the option to build fully customisable dashboards to keep a clear overview is extremely helpful.

Apart from data, we keep track of all our customer conversations, agreements, customer goals and much, much more. 

A wonderful platform where I can find all my daily data needed to maintain optimal overview of my customers.

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

The data is really dependend on what you feed. If there's a discrepency, it does take some manual work to adjust it and set it right. Contract date vs Renewal date is also a little confusing, but this should be able to be fixed from our own end.

**What problems is Planhat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NRR prediction, minimizing churn risk, timely outreach with customers to check if their goals still allign. This all benefits customer relationship as well as company revenue generation/continuation.

**What do you like best about Planhat?**

The platform is flexible enough to be able to orchestrate very targeted customer interactions ... not just customer success (onboarding, adoption etc.) but also post-sale customer engagement for growth (cross-sell and upsell).

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

Planhat is still evolving as a company and as a result are a bit behind other vendors in terms of sophistication of functions that extend beyond the core platform (e.g., marketing, thought leadership, events, etc.).

**What problems is Planhat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Planhat to scale out our post-sale customer care & feeding activity, in particular. We do not have adequate resources to provide dedicated support based on the large number of customers we have. Planhat allows us to extend consistent support to customers after the sale (onboarding, adoption etc.) and also allows us to instrument customer marketing plays (e.g., peripheral offers based on existing customer assets owned and usage data).

What I like best about Planhat is its extensive range of integrations, which brings everything together in one platform. This simplifies processes, enhances efficiency, and creates opportunities for impactful growth, making successful implementations much easier to achieve.

While Planhat offers many unique and amazing features, some have limitations that leave room for improvement. However, these features are not commonly found in other software I've used, and their availability in Planhat sparks ideas for how they could evolve and be utilized on a larger scale.

**What problems is Planhat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planhat solves the problem of centralizing customer data and streamlining communication for the customer success team. It enables the identification of trends, effective reporting, and storytelling to improve internal processes and product development. Additionally, its integration capabilities with other software optimize efficiency by consolidating information that would otherwise be difficult to connect manually.

**What do you like best about Planhat?**

The people and the product. 
People working in the org are very helpful and are up for help anytime. Doa, Nicholas, and Sabrina make a dream team for any company.
The product is a very smart product and your visibility increases to a great extent with the advent of Planhat.

**What do you dislike about Planhat?**

I won't say a downside but the product is vast and is sometimes overwhelming. However, there are help videos and courses to learn planhat and make your life easier.

**What problems is Planhat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think the biggest problem was visibility from the higher up and cross functional visibility. Planhat definitely was able to address that.
