I believe that the fundamental feature of Planfix is that this system has a well-thought-out philosophy of its structure. That is why Planfix, constantly expanding its functionality, does not allow the user to plunge into chaos. After understanding and orienting myself in the main idea, the initial complexity of perceiving the system quickly passed for me. I received an excellent and quite flexible instrument for organizing and automating the processes of my company. Planfix is a low-code product, while it is quite clear. We can make most of the necessary settings ourselves.

Currently, we have reduced all communication channels with our clients to Planfix: e-mail, social networks, messengers. We put order in our internal communication, set up the main process of interaction with clients.
