The platform is easy to use, quick to learn and helpful to manage various accounts. You really get your money's worth with all that you can do with Planable. Customer Support has been helpful when needed and I never have to worry about waiting too long for an answer or assistance. I have had some issues with integration of our TikTok page. I would like to be able to shorten a URL within the composer feature. I would also like to have stock photos to choose from in the media library. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Planable is the easiest tool I have found for uploading content with a simple approval workflow that makes it easy to go from draft to published with client's approval Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish there were more robust editing tools within the software, and also that I could drag and drop several pieces of content at once to compose multiple posts at a time. I really like the different views such as Calendar, Grid, and Feed - this lets me see my content in context, plus the Calendar view makes it super-easy to schedule since I can see what is posting when, and to which pages. It connected to my pages without any issues, and the auto-posting feature works flawlessly.

The collaboration aspect is amazing. Our team can easily schedule, comment and approve posts that automatically get published. I feel with the basic plan you should be able to inlude at least 3 members without having to pay extra per memeber. Since it is only one workspace it seems a bit silly and costly to charge extra. I feel like that should be included or there should be a basic package that includes at least 3 memebers since we are using it for collaboration that is important that there is one price and not extra per each memeber/user. How easy the setup is, and if i ever need help I can chat to a legit and helpful person in under 5 minutes, even if it's just a question about something small. One thing I wish was a feature in Planable was the ability for Insta stories to be able to be done on the software. I understand this may be more of a META problem but i wish i could have more options like to add music, polls, quizzes etc through planable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
