What do you like best about Planable?

It's pretty simplistic, which is nice if you don't want to get bogged down in the more robust apps with content curation, reporting, AI, and other features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Planable?

As a solopreneur, what I enjoy the most about Planable is the client user portal and the approval process. These features make collaboration seamless, keeping everything organized in one place. My clients can easily review, provide feedback, and approve content without endless email chains or confusion. It saves me time, enhances transparency, and ensures content goes live smoothly. What do you dislike about Planable?

Honestly, there's not much I dislike about Planable. If I had to mention something, I’d love to see a dark mode option for a more comfortable viewing experience. Also, while I understand the challenges, it would be amazing if there were a way to select trending audio for Reels directly within the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?

I had been having trouble staying with one post-scheduling software for long because it always felt like I was giving up one feature for another, but with Planable, I don't feel that way. What do you like best about Planable?

Everything is integrated and in one place and so easy to use! This is a perfect hub for a team with many stakeholders across content planning. The fact that we can schedule/ post to social directly from the tool is already incredible! Add the fact that we are able to create channels for emails, blogs, and broadcast planning, and you have my newest obsession!

What do you dislike about Planable?

The limit of 150 posts per workspace is a bummer. In order to fully integrate our content workflow through the tool we would want to post all stories on Instagram from this tool, but since these are more frequent this capability is limited with a monthly post limit.

I also don't love that the tool auto groups certain posts (ie. email and blogs, or TikTok and Instagram) This has required me to split posts manually and utilize the valuable post quantity on posts I do not need. I would like this to be removed so any grouping would be manual rather than the system setting.

Lastly, it would be great to see paid post planning capabilities for social channels added. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Additionally, while the platform is robust, we would appreciate a few more customizable features tailored to the unique needs of niche businesses like bookstores. What do you like best about Planable?

As a marketing agency managing multiple client accounts, Planable has been a total game-changer for us. It’s super intuitive and makes it so much easier to collaborate, plan, and schedule content across all the accounts we handle. Prior to using Planable we had tried 2 different social media management platforms that just didn't quite hit the mark.

What really stands out is their customer service. They’re quick to respond and always helpful, but what’s even more impressive is how they genuinely listen to feedback. We’ve made a couple of suggestions for improvements, and it’s clear they’re constantly working to make the platform even better based on user input.

Planable solves key challenges for us as a marketing agency by streamlining workflows, improving collaboration, and simplifying content scheduling for multiple client accounts. The approval platform makes it easy for internal and client communications. Overall, it’s boosted our productivity, improved client collaboration, and made things easier in general. What do you like best about Planable?

Planable lets us collaborate about content, scheduling, approvals, and ROI all in one place for a reasonable amount of money each month per client. It has made our workflows so much easier and has eliminated virtually ALL SPREADSHEETS and links and folder sharing and version issues etc from our lives. Our agency has grown quickly and we wouldn't be able to keep up without Planable behind us.

What do you dislike about Planable?

We had some issues when we were trying the "free plan." It wasn't clear that we wouldn't be able to share a "guest link" without paying - so our first attempt at sharing a glimpse with a client didn't go that well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had to onboard a lot of clients in a hurry and were completely overwhelmed. For us implementation was easy - our clients were new so we didn't have to import or integrate their info from other platforms or anything. So we "adopted" Planable and didn't really "switch" tools. I hope we can grow together in a sustainable way. So far there is no fluff! A lot of other SMM platforms we've used had a lot of extras we didn't really need.

What do you like best about Planable?

I research a few differnent scheduling apps and the visual ease and intuitive vibe is what I liked. Seems to encompass the apps I want to use to drive my engagement. It seems to be the most inclusive of options that will same me time. Time is money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Planable?

I am supper new to this type of app as a social media newbie so feel there could be better deep dive how to videos by the plannable team. The help menu however is great. I'd like to see more in depth how to videos on youtube so I would not have to read. Either way I use the help topics and chat gpt to get me pointed in the right direction. What do you like best about Planable?

Planable boosts my productivity and efficiency by simplifying the management and scheduling of social media content. The calendar view is extremely beneficial, and the ability to schedule across multiple channels at once is a game-changer for my side hustle. The integrations with other services are fantastic as well. I now use planable daily as part of my workflow. I haven't had to use customer support as yet because the ease of implementing this software into my workflow has been simple. Maybe it could be renamed - Simpable! What do you like best about Planable?

I like that the software is really clean and easy to use! Everything is where I expect it to be and I love how simple it is to upload, review and schedule posts. Overall, I chose Planable because it felt the most streamlined to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Planable?

I would like to see a preview of my scheduled posts against what's currently live on my socials - this would help alot with grid planning. I would also like to have more control over what client profiles can and cannot see in each workspace. I also wish the post per month was higher for each level. It allows me to easily get a high level overview of whats scheduled and makes it super easy to add bulk content as drafts for later use. What do you like best about Planable?

After an extensive search for the perfect social scheduling platform, we finally landed on Planable. We needed a tool that not only offered collaborative features but also catered to creatives, and Planable checks both boxes. Unlike many platforms that focus solely on scheduling, Planable brings creativity to the forefront with customizable views that make it incredibly user-friendly and visually appealing.

Switching to Planable from our previous platform was seamless. Implementation was quick and straightforward, and the platform’s intuitive design made onboarding a breeze. What do you dislike about Planable?

I would absolutely love to see a feature for bulk stories, allowing users to group and post multiple slides at once instead of uploading them individually. Another wishlist feature would be the option to choose which stories post via the app and which don’t. Ideally, it would also be great to add story stickers and links directly within the platform. Fingers crossed this gets added in the future!

There are, however, some bugs that affect the experience, like random refreshing or posts created in the calendar view defaulting to the "Ideas" tab instead of the selected date. What do you like best about Planable?

We looked at another content scheduler, but the price was very high. Since our district is new to the idea of a content scheduler, it was a hard sell. Knowing a content scheduler could save me time, I came across Planable and took advantage of their free trial. There are a few restrictions, but you get the idea quickly. Two other colleagues tested it out also. It is so easy and straightforward to use. This is a HUGE time saver for me posting to five different outlets. Not to mention that I could add internal chores like adding a graphic to our website at the same time as scheduling the social media. We just signed up for the Pro version. We will probably post to social media more frequently because it is easy to use, implement, and schedule. We can schedule our posts well in advance. With the approval process, we are now able to invite other contributors to post their content, without us having to be involved in the scheduling, which means even more content will get posted. Time, scheduling conflict, and content. It takes me so much time to post to our different social media outlets. We would keep everything on a calendar and then have to duplicate it on all five channels. Now we can see and quickly move content around on the calendar if there is a conflict or schedule change. Lastly, because there is an approval process we can invite collaborators in our district to add content that we can give feedback on before approving.
