It is a very easy-to-manage system, both for users and administrators. It is simple to add new users and control which screens they are allowed to publish new content to. The implementation was straightforward and used on a daily basis. As an administrator, I can easily add new users, controll which screens they have access to and see what content they have created. PinToMind has an easy and userfriendly interface, and as each screen can be customized it is perfect for multi-screen management. We have both intelligent and "dumb" screens, works perfectly.

We can plan changes ahead if we need to freeze a screen during arrangements.

Still haven't used the mobilefeatures, but I reckon they are as easy as the rest.
