The control of product builds, the flexibility to program multiple build recipes and having the knowledge now to do more of the integration and programming myself it is a cost effective platform that works well for our assembly plant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ethernet cables. If I didn't have to run another Ethernet cable the rest of my life I'd be a happy person.
Actually if the smart build application could copy a large group of process steps from line to line would be great. We sometime need to shuffle engine builds from line to line so that means I have three or for recipes for one engine type. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

PINpoint is a fully featured MES hence, it takes more effort to install and configure than some of the small SCADA type systems. That said, their staff makes intergrations quite easy. If your management has a digital vision and is willing to make the cultural changes required, I assure you PINpoint will unlock invaluable insights that enable you to make informed decisions and stay ahead in today's competitive manufacturing landscape. I've been using this software for 12 years now, and it demonstrates many qualities. I particularly appreciate the features' richness, the highly customizable configuration, the ease of use by assembly operators, the relevance of the performance monitoring indicators and the high competencies and availability of the technical support team.
