What do you like best about Pickle?

I love the snapshot feature that allows me to clip parts of a given meeting to then send to a prospect. I also find that it does a fantastic job transcribing the meeting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pickle?

I have no 'dislikes' per say. I do find that it could do a better job of summarizing meetings as the summary is often incomplete. Otherwise, I can't wait to see what new features they release! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use pickle almost daily to review meetings Ive had and to supplement my notes. It is also a very important tool for improving my craft. What do you like best about Pickle?

I love that Pickle auto records and that I can extract video segments to distribute to other team members. Isolating certain parts of a conversation helps cut through the extraneous details and relay the correct information to the right team member. The transcripts save time by making conversations searchable, and the timestamped notes help me quickly catch up on where I left off. Overall, Pickle helps track key decisions and organize the many, many details involved in implementation and data and feature testing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pickle?

There is an Outlook integration, but one is unavailable in my tier. I hope to upgrade and take full advantage of all the features soon! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Pickle solving and how is that benefiting you?

Pickle has been helpful in tracking details for the cutover phase of our implementations, in recording key decisions and client requests for documentation purposes, and tracking information that has been helpful in contract negotiations. What do you like best about Pickle?

Records all my zoom calls, which helps me become a better salesperson. When I can review my calls no way I can't get better. I have never used any other app pickle states the bar is very high Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pickle?

I know I should be able to pull a notes section while I'm on a zoom call, but it doesn't work for me; it could just be my computer. If not, I wish that would work Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Pickle?

I like that the team is incredibly responsive to my inquiries, feature requests and questions. Part of the benefit of going with a smaller company like Pickle is that your voice is heard. The team does a great job of making sure the team is set up properly and there's a forum when them to immediately access the Pickle team for help in a slack channel. It's helping move my sales team into more of a professional development coaching culture. The tool makes it easy for them to review their calls at the end of the day and share their comments. What do you like best about Pickle?

Pickle has been an incredible tool for us to extract key insights from our calls. Prior to Pickle, our team was taking notes in a myriad of different places; on paper, in Apple notes, Word Docs, etc. And it was very hard to offer coaching based off of things our reps were scrambling to write down while on a demo/call with a customer. We now have a centralized place to listen back to calls, mark key quotes, & uncover interesting things that we would've missed had we not had Pickle turned on. What do you dislike about Pickle?

What do you like best about Pickle?

With Pickle, I am able to not only skim through the many many meetings and demos that we do per day that I do not need to see all of but wish to skip to certain parts. This allows me to extract 3-5 minutes of value from reviewing a zoom meeting without having to sit through the entire 30-45 minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pickle?

I do not believe there are many downsides that I have found to using Pickle. My team loves it and I use it everyday. If I said anything negative it probably would be something that I just didn't know that pickle already does so I'll stick with keeping my mouth shut and hold to nothing that I dislike. What problems is Pickle solving and how is that benefiting you?

Pickle saves me atleast 2 hours per day of sitting and watching back recorded zoom meetings that my boss conducts. I can take those 2 hours worth of meetings in pickle and skip directly to watch the parts of the meetings that I need to without any guess work or time wasted. What do you like best about Pickle?

Just having Pickle automatically record calls and detail speaking %. In terms of actual usability, very user friendly while within the app, and easy enough to share calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The fact that I cant share snippets of calls easily. Additionally, can't jump on to calls as they're being recorded in real time... a few things that Gong does really well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Pickle?

When I first heard of Pickle I thought "Great... another player in this space... can't be better than Gong or Chorus though, right?" Which might be what you're thinking right now too...

Once I saw a demo of the platform... my first thought was "holy sh*t"

As a former user of all the big names in the space, I have to say that without a doubt, Pickle is the most beneficial for the sellers on the front lines. It has all of the fancy bells and whistles that you NEED, and none that you don't. Slick UI/UX, easy to learn, and smooth onboarding process. Insanely accurate transcript & easy search function. Easy to build out an onboarding collection for new reps. Quickly build out custom markers to understand key competitor information, common behaviors of reps, frequent objections, and more!

What do you dislike about Pickle?

Nothing that I dislike 100%. Only thing I'd say could be improved would be the coaching view. You're able to click on the time stamp and it'll jump to the specific moment in the call, but from the rep's perspective, it'd be nice to see an overview of all the notes on a timeline Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
